I am a patient for many years and will continue to be. Normally very good service.

But, saw the physician yesterday at 3: 00 pm. He diagnosed me with an infection. Stated he was putting in an antibiotic. Told the physician and nurse the pharmacy I use. When I didn't get a text from the pharmacy, I called them. They had no prescription. Called the office they were closed, 4: 30. Left message. This morning, called again, the office stated there was no pharmacy listed, but got my message this morning, and called it in. Could not answer why they did not contact me yesterday, or why my pharmacy was not listed when both the physician and nurse were informed.

This was my second visit here. The front office staff is attentive and friendly. The nurses I had interaction with were friendly and personable. Chantelle was just great: she is so pleasant and friendly and quick to answer everything I asked her. This dermatology office is highly recommended.

We recently relocated to the area and have been so impressed by this office! Both my son and I were treated by Chantelle, who was extremely thorough and took the time to answer questions and provide support. All of the staff had great bedside manner!

The providers here are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I receive cosmetic services here and I’m very pleased with the results! I highly recommend!

Chantal was excellent. Very thorough approach. It was incredibly comfortable interacting with her and her nurse.

I was very pleased with all the medical staff here. I have now had two basal skin cancers removed from my face. Dr. Anderson did an excellent job on my first one and I can’t even see a scar. The second was done today. I didn't feel a thing after the anesthesia. I was so pleased how well the procedure went. It is scary when procedures are needed on my face. Dr. Anderson was very kind and answered all my questions. He is excellent!

Always so pleasant and comfortable when you enter the office. I always feel like I am more than just a number and all of my concerns are addressed without feeling rushed for time. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs their special care.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Lancaster Skin Center since I started being seen there over 10 years ago. The front desk staff is always kind and competent, the nurses are caring and friendly, and the office is super clean. I never have to wait long to be seen once I arrive, and my concerns are always addressed with patience. I recommend LSC to all of my family and friends!

Dr Andersen is the best! Molly is great! First time I saw her today. Been going here for many, many years. Recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dermatologist.

Everyone (especially the receptionists) are very nice and welcoming. Dr. Andersen is very professional and I would recommend their office.

This facilty is a joke. I was going there for about a year. They took a biopsy actually 2 and lost one. Had me try a new oral medication for 3 months and it did nothing. I then tried Adbry injection and it worked fabulous. My insurance would not aprove this medication. Then didn't fight for me with my insurance to get medication that I needed. After calling them asking for help because my condition was out of control I was told there was nothing else they could do for me. I then went somewhere else to find out that my records showed I was on dupixient which I was never on. Then found out that the oral medication they had me on for 3 months that didn't work was for something completely different than what I had. They never documented how severe my condition is in order to get the correct medication. I was completely floored by all of this and would not recommend ANYONE to this place. Worse experience I ever had. Do not go there!

First time at this office. Last time too.
Highly disappointed and shocked at cost. Saw doctor for all of 10 minutes and was charged $190. Out of pocket
Not sure I trust what I was told. Not enough time for exam for me to trust.
Looking for actual dermatologist
