Our new car, the Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid, was delayed going into production. It took just under one year to receive it. Our sales representative, Dorota, was wonderful. She has much patience and kept us informed all along the long time it took to go into production and then get delivered. She knows well the inside and outside of the Toyota models she sells. She is a wealth of information and very personable. We were pleased and would refer other potential customers to her.

Tim Petrosky (our salesman) and the dealership as a whole gave us excellent service.

Everyone is struggling with supply chain issues. We ordered our (new model this year) Corolla Cross Hybrid in October, the car was not built until June. Throughout that waiting period Tim Petrosky monitored the status and gave us regular updates, including when the car was built, shipped and arrived. The buying experience was excellent, we were NOT pressured into add ons. We are very satisfied with our experience.

Dorota is responsive, kind, thorough, and knows A LOT about the vehicles and how they work. I trust Dorota 100%!

Everyone that we met were very professional. The only thing that I would include at the time we picked up the SUV would be to have the driver sit in the driver's seat and have them perform some basic functions. How to open the gas tank access door. The first time we put gas in the car it took minutes on how to open the door.
We are very impressed with the quality of the car and the fuel economy.

Judy T by far is an amazing sales rep. I like to joke around, she felt my energy and matched it. She listened to what we wanted and then showed us exactly what would fit those “wants”. We just bought our 4th car from Lancaster Toyota and Judy has helped us with the last two. I highly recommend Judy for all your car buying needs. If this review was only about Judy it would be 5 stars but it’s not. Currently you can not order a Toyota exactly the way you want it. This isn’t the dealership’s fault or the factory’s, it’s the regional Toyota office’s. For their actions, and their actions alone is why it’s only a 4 star.
