Lancaster Travel Plaza reviews
27Pay to park, cashier not exactly friendly, but not rude either. 1 hour free parking, any longer than that you need a permit.
This is a nice family run business that's been in business for quite some time. I've stopped here probably 15 times and have never been disappointed. The grounds in the store interior are always clean and they have a pretty darn good stock of things. Having a Subway sub shop right there doesn't hurt. Also got showers and a fair amount of things for RVs and truck rigs right in the store. Good place to go. They also have CAT scales around the back, and some large truck parking.
Staff barely spoke English. Had to stand around for quite awhile before the clerk would ring us up. He was also very slow to help others. Snacks were overpriced. Probably won't be back.
Small but nice place. Under construction at truck pumps. $12 to park over night. Was happy to get parking around here at 23: 00 so I was ok with paying. Good variety of stuff in the store. Cashier was friendly.
Great place to stop and refresh good place to do a little bit of shopping and grab a bite to eat chicken and a Subway restaurant inside. Fast friendly service clean facilities a little small but a great place to stop refresh refuel
It's the third time I visit here and they never have anyone to serve at Subway but the condiments and meats still sitting in the display.
Neither at the chicken side but food is there sitting too.
Food sitting unsupervised is a bacteria amusement park.
If you don't have the personal to serve the food you should make sure when done for the day to put it away safe and at required temperatures
Typical truck stop with decent selection of trucker needs, and plenty of drinks and snacks to pick from.
Hes greedy. Spent about 80 dollars. Got food, drinks and a weight off the cat. Had a few rewieght and drinks. Paid for over night parking. Have a rider with me. Was told shower was 8 buck but because I have co with me now 10.this after I paid well into 100 bucks today.will never stop here again but to shit n leave. Could least kept it at 8.freaken greedy Indians.
Overall not bad, but if you’re a OTR Trucker ya have to Pay-To-Park $12.00. Some say $12.00 ain’t bad, but it’s hard to pay $12.00 when ya only $2.00 in your pocket.
Very clean and friendly place to shop in between destinations. Reasonable prices and good food for a travel plaza standards.
Great place for all not just truckers but for trucker good out of the way place for all a trucker needs
Very cozy Truckers Haven the ONLY of its kind If you need a spot to park heading into town Bathroom is only 2 stall but never crowded good homemade food options keep eyes open for it cause it looks small in front but large parking in rear!
Random but really nice little playground on the side - our kids loved it. Bathrooms, and everything else was vey clean. Only issue I had was the guy at the register not wanting to break a ten, but he wasn't rude or anything, maybe because it was the morning? Decent stop either way.
Has some area to exercise your pet. Free shower after 75 gal.of fuel. 1st hour of parking free unless you fuel up, then you can choose between shower or parking free.
Staff is nice. They have a chester's chicken now. Bathroom could be a bit more updated but was clean.
Outside clean, inside cluttered, and dirty bathrooms.
Problem is it's the only game in town
While the service here is passable, and there arent a lot of options in this part of PA for truck stops charging $12 dollars for truck parking just lost them a customer.
The most expensive fuel in the area, they charge for parking 12.00. Could be free if you buy 70 gallons of freaking expensive diesel its a robbery. Hopefully they don’t be selling Bio Diesel.
Chesters usually is good not in this place biscuits are hard as rocks. Food seems like its left over and reheated. Chicken dry and hard inside. Just seems like old food reheated. Cashier at fuel desk says the ladys cooking everything to long. Well i spent $12.00 to park and 15.00 on food and some drinks. Why too much for any Trucker to have pay for hard old food.
