Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They let us look around ourselves but also offered assistance. They made sure we felt no pressure to buy anything. The checkout process was also great. Will definitely be returning for more furniture in the future.

I stopped by trying to find a few hard-to-find items and was given amazing time and attention by Justin. He was knowledgeable about the store's inventory both in-house and online, walked me through the entire store, and suggested alternative solutions. And he was also wearing very cool shoes.

We were searching for a new sectional and we stopped in to look at some. I was greeted right away and shown sectionals in my price range. We fell in love with one and bought it. We picked it up the same week no problem! Customer service was excellent, and they have an amazing selection of furniture.

I was surprised to see that the kitchen set I wanted was still there and I was also happy to find out that they have a great lay away plan reasonable prices and they even deliver and set up your stuff for a little extra not bad so far so good

After dragging my husband to store after store, talking to countless salesmen and getting quotes on couches we came across Lancaster’s Furniture To Go. John greeted us and pointed us to the sofas. I immediately found the sofa I had been searching for AND end tables that were perfect. John was available to answer all my questions, but there was never any pressure. The best surprise was when he told us the warranty was included in the price and their price beat everyone else’s! This will be our furniture store going forward!

Bought a bookcase from LFTG yesterday. It was a discontinued item so the price was reduced. After I indicated I would buy it, we noticed it had a crack in the wood. Not only did they repair it while I was out getting lunch, they also (without me asking) applied an additional discount, which was substantial. When I came back from nearby Saigon Cafe (great pho, by the way), the repair was finished and the bookcase ready to go. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and overall customer experience. So glad my wife suggested I come here!

Exceptional service! The employee, Jay, was very nice and answered all my questions. The sofa was not in stock so I have to wait a month but for the price totally worth it.

Are experience was excellent. They answered all our questions when we came in we wanted some space to just observe the floor they gave us all the time we needed. Jenny was the first person who created us and walked in and who we considered our sales with she walked with us through the store after the fact and really was able to give us great details on delivery times. Our experience was incredible and will definitely go back there again

Excellent customer service. We bought a 5 piece table set in gray. When we got home and opened it and it was black. I called the store at noon on Monday. They said they would be happy to exchange it. I explained that we lived an hour away. They called back and said they would be at my house in two hours to deliver the right one and pick up the wrong one. I haven’t witnessed customer service like this in years! Top notch!
