I went here to purchase my first handgun and a few other accessories. The workers were super professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth guys. They answered all of my questions with ease and offered tips and advice from their own personal experiences. Definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

I went in with my dad to get a bare ar-15 lower for me to build up. The guy at the counter was helpful and nice. Love the feel of the gun shop, sadly it is a bit of a drive for us to get there, but hopefully we can visit again.

Very knowledgeable sales persons well listen do you and answer your question. I’ve been there a few times and I’ve bought some products from them.

Great little store with selection but customer service for me since I've never been to the store I didn't get any help. The guy had no motivation or anything to help me figure out what I need. And I was about to ask a question and his friend walks in and he leaves me half way through. If you know what you need they have it but if you are new to it they won't help.

If you need a gun smith for those special projects, m these guys are the people to see. Good deals on firearms and great service.

Excellent customer service. I came in a half hour before they closed with no gun experience in over 20 years. They took the time to help me pick out a great quality handgun at a great price, they showed me how to use it, gave me extra tips and got me in a beginner's class to teach me everything I need to know in order to be a responsible gun owner. Wouldn't even bother with the other gun shop in town after the great experience I just had. Highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a gun or even if your just toying with the idea. They will help you figure out if it's right for you and give you good advice and great prices.

The people make this shop! Outstanding customer service! I just wish they had a larger building. When it gets busy, there is almost no room (i.e. Shoulder to shoulder).

Hands down great people, amazing service, dont try to push stuff on you like other places do. Just a great experience even if you aren't gonna get anything.

I have been going to Lanco for a number of years without any issue. I went there Saturday 3/16/19 to pick us some AR accessories, and some ammo. I noticed that 9mm 135 GR Hornady had two different prices. $22 something, and $23 something. I went to pay, and brought it up to the cashier (not Nate the owner) about the prices being different. He gave me what I thought was some bullsh*t excuse that prices have gone up, and this box got missed, and its going to be 23 something for both. I didn't care about the price, what I cared about was Lanco's lack of customer care. It rubbed me the wrong way since I have spent a decent amount of money in that shop over the years. I then said "places usually honor sticker prices" Then the cashier said "well I will change it, but Nate is going to be mad" saying all this while he appeared to be training another cashier. I guess Lanco is in rough financial space if Nate is going to be upset about honoring the sticker price on the product that he is selling, and teaching new employees this is how you treat customers. It makes me wonder how many other times I got taken advantage of there. Never had that experience at Trop's! Will be doing all my AR shopping at Trop's or online.

Lanco corrected a major issue I had with my custom Glock 19 competition pistol when Zev was useless in resolving the issue. The gun now functions better than before and has worked flawlessly through multiple competitions and a couple thousand rounds. I always enjoyed doing business with the guys at Lanco, this was just icing on the cake.

Lanco Tactical is amazing. I love this place. They have all sorts of hard to find stuff, their prices are great, and they ship immediately. Highly recommend.

If you're a newbie to the AR world, these guys will take time to explain and teach. Never made me feel dumb or talked down to me. Answered many questions without pushing sale. Very well stocked with parts and accessories.

Great place to buy a firearm if you are LEO blue label pricing for glock is unbeatable in the area.

Went in to buy my first firearm. Immediately we were greeted and asked if we’ve been there before. We answered no and explained what we were there for. I walked in with little knowledge as I hadn’t done any research and by the time we walked out of the shop I felt like I had gotten the pistol buying for dummies. The person I dealt with was Cameron and he was so incredibly knowledgeable that he basically sold me in the first few minutes because of his customer service, and overall the feeling that they cared that I was going to get a quality product. We left to do pricing at other shops. I thought considering they were a tactical shop they would automatically be more expensive. They actually had better pricing than a local shop that’s been around longer and better than a corporation. So we went back to purchase a pistol and again they took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted, made sure if I had any questions they were answered, and overall just gave a great impression as a business and as firearm owners. I will definitely go there again to buy any accessories or any other firearms from these people. I can’t say enough good things about that but it was a great experience with informed staff. They also gave me the option to sign up for PA firearm laws class and and safety class they hold every three months which I think is critical to understanding firearm safety for first timers.
