Lane Bryant, Springfield PA

The workers were very rude. They were trying to rush us out the store and were taking over us. They claimed it was because they couldn't breathe in their mask. There was no appreciation for keeping the job open

This location on State Rd in the Marlton plaza is nice and big, but the wait at the cashier's counter was unacceptable. There was only one register open and the wait just to check out was over 30 minutes. As a woman of a certain age with a knee injury I was in excruciating pain while standing in line this long. I saw at least 3 or 4 employees but only 1 of those employees working on the register. I will never go back to that store location again.

Good items here. But dont tey to call and ask for things on hold. Magically nothing was on hold and no recollection of me calling when phone records say other wise. 40 min drive for nothing

It was such a great bra sale usually I don't find many in my size but today I found seven. They are getting ready to stop selling the full brief smooth underwear that I like which is disappointing. Monique was a great help assisting with the selections and measurements.

I was very surprised that Lane Bryant had become so stylish. I haven't visited a Lane Bryant store in at least 10 years, trust me I was not impressed at that time. However, i was recently convinced to check out this specific store. I was truly impressed. The store's buyers finally get it! Everyone is not a size 5,6,7.12. Plus sizes love style too. The store is is very clean, neat and spacious. The salespeople were attentive while managing to stay out of your way while you roam and shop. Free parking is available in addition to disability enterences. Enjoy my friends!

I was basically ignored while bra shopping here tonight. Three salespeople chatting away while I struggled with fitting.

Nice clothing for curvy women, If you can wait for a sale. They have them all the time and you can really make out well. All the staff at this particular store are really friendly and helpful. Their style ranges from casual/athletic to evening elegance.

This is THE BEST Lane Bryant I've ever been to!

All of the staff are super friendly and helpful and they even remember you! I just really feel like this location exemplifies what Lane Bryant shopping is all about and I trully appreciate all the associates for helping me the past 2 years this has been MY LB.

I got really spoiled with the spacious Springfield Mall location. I just can't with this one. It's too cramped. It's just a pickup spot for my orders now. There's some big display that I ignore and go around to get to the register.
Sometimes they can't find my order. I've gotten the wrong order once. (if they offer you the option to open the package there, do it. If they don't offer ask). The ladies that don't know customer service I only see once. Then there are some really nice ladies that I only see a few times.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They know me by name. I'm very happy with this store. At first I missed the Springfield Mall store, but now I am very happy with the new store at Marple. Everyone there is professional and knowledgeable.
