I'll never go back there. It was dirty, the man was very rude, they don't listen to what you want, and the cut my cuticle so bad they were bleeding.

I hope this review finds you well. I felt compelled to reach out and share my recent experience at your salon, as it left me quite dissatisfied.

I recently visited your establishment a few weeks ago to have my nails done, excited to treat myself. However, I regret to say that the result was far from satisfactory. The service I received was rushed, and it was evident in the final outcome.

The quality of the work was subpar. My nails were unevenly filed, the application was too much and made my nails look bumpy, there was too much glue for the gem, and the fake nail wasn't glued properly and was crooked. Additionally, the polish application was hasty, resulting in streaks and smudges.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability was disappointing. When I politely addressed my concerns to the technician, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in rectifying the issues.

As a customer, I value quality service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience at your salon fell short of these expectations. I had hoped for a pleasant nail treatment, but instead, I left feeling dissatisfied and regretful.

I sincerely hope that you take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future customers. In doing so, you have the opportunity to regain customer trust and loyalty.

Bad experience yesterday for pedicure. I told the technicians more than three times " no gel, just polish". Reason being, is that I like to change my polish frequently. To make a long unpleasant story short, she put one coat of polish, no 2nd coat or top coat. If they don't want to do regular manicures, they should have only gel polish. The technician was extremely unprofessional

Complete waste of money and time…worst experience ever! Don’t spend your money here.

3rd time coming to this salon I really liked it. I sat down in the pedicure chair at 3: 48 & at 4: 01 they are already putting the polish on. Idk who would ever want a 10 minute pedicure but never again. My mother also said they rush & I said they never rushed before well today I can not believe it. Never again. On top of it they never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted. What a great to end my busy weekend with a rushed pedicure

I will never ever go back was a faithful client for over 4yrs all I needed was a refill mine you someone new was doing them I heard them talking saying no she needs this something I didn't ask for she ripped my nails down to the bed my nails hurt so bad and they charged 15 for a soak off.then she said she won't charge me for something she did cutting my nails and ripped them down to the skin my long real nails off never again I wish I can post the picture
