Lansdowne Family Dental, Upper Darby PA

I live in South Jersey and broke my tooth on Wednesday night. More broke off on Thursday night and I was so afraid more would continue to break or it would become infected. I was so relieved to know that I could come to the sister office in PA for treatment. The office staff, the staff that manned the phone after hours, and the attending patient staff could not have been any nicer, more helpful, and reassuring. In this time of the pandemic, it was such a comfort. Dr. Zu Neuyen was wonderfully gentle. There was absolutely NO pain and the ending result looks beautiful. The procedure was throughly discussed before any work was done. I cannot say enough how fantastic this office is and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being open. All staff and waiting patients are properly Masked and distances so I felt completely safe and extremely well cared for. As a private pay customer, all costs were thoroughly discussed beforehand as well. A wonderful office!

Everyone is Super nice and professional! They did a really good job on taking out my wisdom tooth. Its day 2 and I'm not in any pain at all. There wasn't any real trauma to the area and I was in and out in like 30 mins. I loved my doctor as well. He's a super cool guy. I seriously recommend coming here.

I have not been to a dentist in so long but my experience here was the best hands down. This place I will recommend over and over again. They were very professional and kind and very patient they made sure you were comfortable and if you had any questions.

We absolutely love Dr. Nguyen and his staff. We were patients of his when he was in Chester County. My family and I travel about an hr to him for our dental care. He is the ONLY dentist my children will let take care of their teeth. He goes above and beyond! Wherever Dr. Nguyen goes the Jones' will follow. He's the BEST!

The area reminds me of home. It’s cozy, clean, welcoming where it impossible not to get comfortable quickly. Second, there is free parking! Last but certain not least, staff has been excellent! My dynamic trio Dr. Vu, Margo and Q has been sharp, on point, customer-centric and just awesome in general! Dr. Vu has so much knowledge, up to date on current events and down to earth. Margo based on the wonderful stories she told has a warm heart, very wise and true to herself and Q is sharp as a tack, very organized and on point in general! When I first called Q i told her I was refer to by my significant other and she immediately asked “did she have the baby! ”. I was so impressed with family oriented feeling that vibrated with the facilities. A place where they remember you and care about you indeed!

The receptionist Que’shon was so pleasant and nice and so was all the staff I love it here thank you.

I have a lot of dental anxiety and this was the first place, after trying about 10, that I felt comfortable enough to allow them to do my root canal. The entire staff was sweet and understanding. I felt no pain and went back again to get my cap done with no anxiety at all. I would recommend this office to anyone who is anxious or scared of the dentist.

I have been a patient of this practice for many years. Unfortunately, I have moved to Florida and will need to seek a new dentist. I did want to take the time to give praise to Dr. Vu who cared for me the last couple of months prior to my departure. What a down to earth person! His assistant Margo always has a colorful story to tell (helped me cope with my anxiety with having dental procedures). Que’shon has the most pleasant telephone etiquette. There was never a time when I needed to schedule an appointment that she didn’t do her very best to “fit me in”. Kudos to an awesome group! And by the way, thank you for the awesome care of my teeth over the years.

This dental office is so nice. First thing first the front desk associate is awesome she is so personable and really does go above and beyond. The dentist himself was great explained everything was so gentle and made sure I was okay throughout the whole visit and his assistant is so nice definitely kept me calm talking and assisting the dentist to do such a phenomenal job. I would recommend this office to any one.

My husband needed a new lower denture - his nursing home lost it! I feel heaven-led to this wonderful place. They provided the needed new denture in two visits - one for about an hour, and the other for most of one day. But much more, they were thoughtful, caring, and provided help to us to survive what was a pretty big event for us (I'm 75; he is 90 and uses a wheelchair). Different staff provided assistance and creative thinking to help him be more comfortable during the wait periods. The result, brought by a very sweet man who did the lab work, was a true game-changer for my husband. I am sure any dental work they provide will be offered with the same combination of caring and competence.

Nothing but great things to say about my experience at this dentist. I got two root canal's done and i didnt feel any type of pain what so ever. The dentist was awesome and the staff was great!

My first visit was excellent. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The Dentist/ hygienist did a wonderful job and took their time to explain the procedures to me. I will definitely tell all of my friends and family to visit them.

Overall a great experience! They are very quick and also very accommodating with scheduling appointments. Very good with explaining procedures and making you as comfortable as possible!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Lansdowne Family Dental, the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. I've been there about 5-6 times over two months, both for check ins, wisdom teeth removal and fillings and I've had a great experience. The staff is professional, nice, and great to work with.

I cannot recommend Dr Vu Nguyen and his staff enough. Of course like a lot people I get nervous going to the dentist, but not anymore! Dr Vu takes the time to explain the procedures and you can truly tell that he cares. Bonus, there is also minimal if any pain after the procedure or the next day! Dr Vu and his staff are all professional and friendly which makes for a good atmosphere. Thank you Lansdowne Family Dental!

I was apprehensive about my dental visit at first, but the entire team, including Dr. Vu, Que'shon, Margo, and Thu worked together to answer all of my questions before and after the dental procedure. It was not painful and I was able to get back to eating my favorite foods very shortly thereafter.
I highly recommend Dr. Vu!

We have been clients of Dr Vu Nguyen for years in West Chester, Pa and when he transferred to Lansdowne, we followed him. He is very professional and he always ensure that his patients are well taken cared of.

Great staff always friendly. Parking in the rear and front. The Dentist listen to your concerns, and will help you with a plan. Prices are affordable.

Every time I come here there is a different dentist who tells me something different is wrong. I went again and a new dentist told me he didn’t see what the other dentist saw was wrong and even the nurse who cleaned my teeth didn’t see what previous dentist had on my X-ray.idk what is going on there but they need to find some consistent and honest.

Thu and Dr Vu are both amazing. They spend time educating and Dr Vu is probably the best dentist I have ever had. My whole family goes to him.
