Aces with quotes and knows her way around the Ins.system to get you the best coverage at the Best price, (so long as Davids Computers & internet connections are up to date and the PC's don't freeze). Kim Knows her stuff and is the PennDot Whizz, when it comes to Notary Services. I give Kim, out of 10, I gave her a 100 rating. Very Personable always Polite and has a smile for everyone!
