I was told by creamery tires that I needed an alignment after they put tires on my car so they sent me 3 bays down to this place to do the alignment paid 79.95 for this on April 28,2020 and I just got told by Fred beans of Boyertown that I need alignment today is April 30,2020. How is this possible? I feel like it was a shake down from the beginning and now I have to pay for another alignment. So beware!

We have been using last chance ranch as our mechanic for more than two years and they have always been fair and reasonably priced!

Not very often do you go for alignment and the auto center tells you that after checking you don’t need it and they won’t charge you. I told them it’s not fair, negotiated a “check only” price that they have which was a 1/3 of full alignment but I feel better. True story, happened a few hours ago, No association with them whatsoever exception is that that’s my second time there and I am a huge fan of creamery tires which is next door to them.

Very knowledgeable, very professional and they do a great job in everything that they do. They are my "go-to-mechanics" for everything and anything with my truck. Prices are reasonable and they a very reasonably priced. An "Honest Mechanic" is something that your rarely find. Try them out. You will not be disappointed.

BEWARE it takes time to know your problems and no matter what they do, they are your problems! Talk to them before letting them touch your car and you’ll see!

Last Chance did 2 bad alignments and I confirmed by a professional right after the second alignment that they cannot align. So after discovering a year + later that they ruined two tires they could not even diagnose their own caused problems. My tires failed inspection after only 1/4 of their life. The insides were completely bald. The first alignment they even broke a bolt on my car so they gave me a minor discount. Then after incorrectly diagnosing and or lying about the problems they caused they charged me for the second alignment. Then when I had a professional align it and had proven they cannot align nor diagnose and they didn’t care one bit! They thought it was fair that they refunded my second alignment. After major headaches and time and two ruined tires and a second bad alignment they thought it was fair for me to only get one refund. BEWARE they don’t know what they’re doing!
It’s sad because Creamery tire is a fantastic tire company but many people are sadly going to get hurt by Last Chance and unfortunately it takes time to know you got a bad alignment and that they cannot and will not be able to diagnose your problems and you’ll always be told you hit potholes when in my case it was 100% proven they ruined my tires and they did absolutely nothing about it and thought they still needed paid for their horrible work.
