A beautiful and historic country club on lovely grounds. They have both a friendly and professional staff. There is a piano both upstairs and downstairs, multiple fireplaces, and multiple bars. They feature what looked like a very nice pool, though I wasn't able to check it out due to the inclement weather. Arnold Palmer is featured extensively throughout, both in pictures and in name. I appreciated the fresh cut flowers throughout the building!

An absolute treat. Full of history and character. The type of place where you catch yourself feeling blessed to be alive.

Latrobe country club is awesome. Staff makes you feel welcomed. Just walking the grounds knowing the KING walked was amazing.

I had planned my visit to Latrobe to show my respects to Mr. Palmer and his legacy. He is the reason I started and continue to play golf.
When I arrived the staff was very kind.
One of the employees (Jim) took the time to show me the facility and explain the history of Latrobe Country Club. I particularly enjoyed the stories about Mr Palmer's time at the club.
Thank you Jim for making my visit so memorable. Latrobe is a special place.

A very nice private club where Arnold Palmer had his roots. Lots of cool Arnie stuff to see. The course is very well maintained. It's a nice if somewhat hilly layout. A little cramped but definitely worth playing even without the Arnie connection.

Amazing course.course was in great shape, although the weather wasn't the best, I couldn't have cared less, I was playing on a course that Arnold Palmer himself owned and played.would love to play again when it's warmer and less rainy

Some of the best dinner, service, golf and golf shop ever. Was lucky enough to meet Arnold's sister! She was just a gem. We laughed as we complimented each other's dress! Got 2 other couples for my husband's 60th to stay and play golf as a surprise. We all had the best time. Thank you all, friends and Latrobe patrons for a perfect weekend.

Planned this trip many months ago. I brought my two buddies from Nashville and Indianapolis We got to the course hoping to play the entire course but after we paid $160 each we were told the front 9 was closed because of aeration. Not only was the front 9 closed but the entire fairway of #18 was aerated. We booked the experience thru the Springhill Suites so the golf course could have emailed me or called me to explain the maintenance going on the course. Instead after we paid they told us. I am sure Arnold would not have liked how his customers were treated today.

Other than being Arnie's place and it's corresponding importance to golf, the course itself is not a 'must play' layout. It's hilly and narrow but not long or very well designed. Traps are routinely left and right of each green but rarely anywhere else. Sits in a scenic valley which is a plus. Small pro shop really more like a gift shop. Friendly people which you'd expect in the rural midwest. But of you are near, it's hallowed ground.
