Beyond that, she helped us obtain our amortization schedule when the one from closing never made its way into our folder. She also helped us obtain the information necessary to set up our first payment when that information did not arrive in the projected window of time. Laura’s ability to help us navigate the many challenges of buying our home mitigated our stress and allowed us to start the loan repayment process on time and with an informed perspective. We didnt end up going with Laura & Cross Country, however want to encourage you to consider them! Laura really cares about you, takes time to explain stuff to first time homeowners, responds quickly or lets you know when you’ll hear back so you’re never waiting for a response, was available to chat in the evenings too, and isn’t pushy. Laura is best loan officer you will ever have the pleasure of working with. No matter what questions you have she gets back to you with an answer or advises you of a better way of handling your question. My feeling is that Laura cares about her clients and with her professionalism and knowledge of the mortgage industry she will get you the best deal available.
