Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nicely Honest, the don’t try to push getting glasses on you. Honestly told me to just keep using cheaters to read. I don’t need glasses.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and treat you better than any doctors office I’ve ever been to. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Everyone there was very friendly and I didn't have to wait to be seen. They did a thorough exam and when it came time to pay they checked my insurance and I didn't owe anything. Glasses would have been discounted and not cost much if I would have needed them. Everyone knew their job and did it well.

Efficient; listened to my requests, and helped me get contacts affordably. 1 visit, no hassle.

Overall much better experience than last time. Nurse and eye doctor were excellent. And, plenty more frames to choose from. Would recommend Laurel Eye Clinic.

I have been a patient of LEC for many years. I have had everything from Lazer treatments to just getting a exam and new eyeware. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye needs!

They are prompt and efficient. They started my exam on or before my scheduled time. They seemed knowledgeable and courteous.

I have seen Dr. Batchelet, Dr. Kerr, and Dr. Rickard. Dr. B has been the surgeon for removal of cataracts on both of my eyes. I would highly recommend all of the doctors I've seen, especially Dr. B. All other members of the staff at both the Seneca & Brookville locations have been excellent and helpful as well. I also talked with Dr. Dunn on the phone for an emergency situation with one of my eyes and she was very kind & helpful.

They are very efficient at this location and are always ready to help you if you are having a difficult time picking out your frames.
Dr Kerr is a first class eye doctor who is always up to date on the newest frames eye tests and what is good for you & your history of medical problems.

I would recommend anyone & everyone to go to the Laurel Eye Clinic. You won’t regret it!?

Yeah and the office staff are the best especially Dr. Kerr is so caring he Ginuwine only cares for his patience and the nurse aides are caring and very detailed you could be missing for a month or two and they know who you are and they know what your concerns are very important because they listen to you and they do everything in their power to resolve the issue even with the choosing of eyeglasses if you’re able to get them they help you that’s what it’s all about
