He walked me through how to switch as well as explaining everything as we went through all the information. He has officially saved me almost $1000 yearly by helping me switch. This company and agency is a joke. They tell you a quote then add a hundred dollars to it when you go to pay then tell you some excuse about something that you never did.please save your time and money go to progressive
