Laurence H. Belkoff, DO, Bala Cynwyd PA

This doctor is frighteningly unprofessional and imo has no business practicing medicine. I waited 2 hours for my appointment because they were 1.5 hours late. He then rushed the visit with me, answered no questions, blew off my mother who was with me given the severity of the concerns for my visit, handed me a script and sent us on our way after 5 minutes. He failed to meet even the most basic standards of the profession - saying nothing of having no bedside manner to speak of. And they have the audacity to try and bill me over $500 for this non-service after wasting our time, forcing me to seek a new doctor (go to Penn, they're much better), thereby delaying my treatment for months. This type of "medicine" is both disheartening and dangerous. However they haven't missed a beat in continuing to send bills despite my calling the billing department months ago to discuss and receiving no follow up thereafter to resolve. The rest of the staff was kind and seemed professional but the guy at the top is a joke. This place feels like a scam, preying upon patients in need, functioning like a McDonald's drive thru where you don't even get your garbage burger and old fries at the end.

Note: They also do no return calls (as reflected in other patients comments herein). I've made every effort to help them to resolve, waited months before leaving this comment, but it's been long enough. I feel strongly that I owe it to those with medical concerns/needs to leave this comment so that they can seek the treatment they deserve elsewhere.

I'm always treated like family when I come there. The staff is the best. Dr. Belkof is the truth

Dr Belkoff is knowledgeable and a great guy. My main problem is the long wait times and the “on call center”. It’s so annoying giving his office a call when they never answer. They relay your calls way too late. Get rid of the “on call center” and bring everything in house. This is part of the reason why I’m looking for other options for my urologist.

It is very difficult to get any follow-up information. No one answers when calling the office number and calls are sent out to an answering service.

Great doctor awesome bedside manner answered all my questions allowed me to leave feeling confident by issue will be taken care of

I’m giving five stars to Dr. Belkoff’s office. His knowledge and expertise has literally been a life saver for my family. His early diagnosis and treatment of my husband’s bladder cancer has left him cancer free! The staff is always kind, compassionate and supportive. I highly recommend MidLantic Urology!

My results from my precesure was negative and I am happy for that but, the call center doesn't communicate that messages in a timely manner. The first time I experienced it the office never received the message and the second time the office didn't receive the message until they called me to schedule me two weeks later for my results. I think they should have the old school answering machine so they can get the messages in the morning the next day.

From the time I scheduled my 1st appointment over the phone my visit 6/6/23 every single person i spoke with was so very pleasant, and kind professional, even helped guide me to the bldg that day of visit! Dr. Belkoff made me feel comfortable about my health concerns I feel he's a great doctor already THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR MY HEALTHCARE NEEDS.

He did turp surgery on me yesterday. Absolutely perfect. Stuck to his word about getting me in quick. However he didn't like my joke but he was great. Really a good guy.

Staff was very nice and the nurse that took my blood was very good, and I was very happy with the Doctor.

The staff are very professional in a family style way always willing to accommodate you in every way possible.

It was a rushed appointment and I wasn’t examined at all and not thoroughly and I expected more. I felt under appreciated by Dr but staff was great. I have to seek a better urologist

As a first time patient I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within 24 hours. I found Dr Belkoff very attentive to my needs and reassuring. Being new to the area, I am pleased to have found a urologist I can have confidence in. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Belkoff is an excellent doctor the last two times I was there it took to long for me to be seen other than that great
