I can’t say enough good things about Nina and Lavender Rose Salon & Spa. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a salon where I felt truly heard in what I wanted for my hair. Nina and her team takes the time to understand their clients wants and takes the consultation process seriously. Not to mention, the overall vibe is so positive, encouraging, and uplifting! I can’t recommend this salon enough. I only live down the street but I’d drive an hour for their services if I had to!

I'm not one to leave reviews but I had such a wonderful experience I had to share. I live close by and tried Lavender Rose Salon for the first time last night. My postpartum hair needed help and Andraya did a beautiful job highlighting, toning, and cutting my hair. Andraya is a good listener and did a great job executing the look I was going for. The salon was very accommodating and the other staff I encountered were kind and polite. They are currently renovating the salon and I am excited to see how it looks when finished. I plan to try other services they offer, like pedicures, too. If you live in the Upper Bucks County area, try them out! Thank you so much!

I had a great experience at Lavender Rose Salon. Nina listened to me and asked questions so that she was positive she was giving me exactly what I wanted and expected. The salon is unique and clean, but has a comfortable feel also. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it to others. I felt like I could trust her to just do what she felt was best. I haven’t gotten my hair done in I think a year and it was looking really dull with a lot of split ends, I came to Lavender Rose for a trim and a little bit of color. I was astounded by the results, my hair feels and looks amazing! Great prices for what I wanted done and the vibe there was and is welcoming. Had a terrific experience today at lavender rose. Went to get my haircut and decided to get it highlighted and colored also. Nina was very nice and did a great job. The place was very clean and gave me a warm welcoming feeling. I will definitely be going back there again.

I got a bayalage and cut with Nina and she is amazing! She listened and definitely knows what she’s doing, so happy with how the cut and color came out. Next time I’ll just have her do my hair however she thinks will look good

I purchased a $70 gift certificate for my sister from the previous owner and new owner will not honor it. It was our understanding that the previous owner provided the funds for the outstanding gift certificates with the final sale agreement. We were told by several associates that they would be honored with the new owner. She was also very rude too my sister and bad mouthed the previous owner. I would not recommend doing any business with this salon.

In response to owners reply: I've never given a bad review about anything until this one. You really need to speak to your associates again regarding what they told my sister about honoring the gift certificate (multiple times). As far as giving 20% off, you told her you had done that in the past for other customers but now are broke. You did not offer to her. I'm sad you lost two great customers over this. Please treat others as you want to be treated.

Below was an older post before the salon changed hands. Meanwhile, I remained a client and thrilled to be so. This salon is lovingly managed, and the rebranding has been well done. Lavender Rose is a hidden gem in a tiny town and worth your visit.

Like many others during the early days of the COVID crisis, I stopped all beauty services. The salon kept in touch and when it was safe to return, I was thrilled to make my appt. My haircut with Tonya has always been the high point of my day and I drive 100 miles to see her. I felt safe by the Covid protocols they follow and I'm thrilled they were able to make it through the darkest days of this mind-blowing experience. I'm now vaccinated and It's great to be back to a more normal life. (Get your vaccinations as soon as you're able and get back to your life~!)
