Just bought a cheap vehicle here. My complaint is how inappropriate the owner was towards not only the worker but towards my girlfriend. Joking or not, a level of professionalism must be maintained. I will never buy another vehicle here

I just bought a very nice Pontiac torrent through them, it's a very nice looking clean driving vehicle. And I appreciated the friendliness with the workers there

They said they won't sell a car to me even if I have cash price for it and all of their car r a temporary fix until u get them home for a week and then they break down on u

My girlfriend bought a jeep from here it only ran long enough to bring it home. Never moved again. They sale junk! Beware. Do not buy from here you will most likely regret it. This review is coming in late as this was a year or more ago but this review is long over due! We’re in the market for a car again but wouldn’t even consider going to LBSI. Half the cars we wanted to test drive were not even drivable. Flat tires and dead batteries. Most uninspected just terrible terrible cars. Once we finally paid the car off that never ran they said we had to bring it in to have the tracker removed before they would give us the title but the car couldn’t make it down the block let alone to uniontown we fought them for over a week before they finally said okay they would ship the title. They were great at taking out money but overall worst experience of our life

HORRIBLE PLACE! I called on a Monday and talk to a guy and told him that I wanted to look at a vehicle that he said was available and I told him Wednesday at 4 I'd be there. I live over an hour away to go look and possibly buy this vehicle and I go in on Wednesday at 4 and he told me that it was sold that morning. Not even a phone call, text, or email saying that it was sold. Over 2 hours of driving and gas spent for nothing.

This place is a terrible place to even try to get a car my aunt asked to use the bathroom and he said no which I could understand but then my other aunt went in and asked about a vehicle and he literally said what now like the disrespect that you could have your supposed to be selling cars but all ur doing is turning away customers who wanted to spend money with your business but it’s clear you don’t do good business and we will take our business else where cause why would I want bad service and rust buckets

We bought a 2013 Honda Pilot a Great Vehicle at a Great Price. Then even knocked money of the Down Payment and the Purchase Price. Also there Salesman Taylor made the whole experience so easy from start to finish.

They are ignorant people they sell junk don’t buy any cars they put additives in the motor if something is wrong with it and they are ridiculous on prices

My husband and I bought 3 vehicles from here are first being a van a older van but it ran great we drove it to VA Beach but than my husband wrecked it.than 3 years ago we went back and ended up buying 2 cars a Ford f150 and a mini van 2013 town and country and we still have them today and drive them only issue I had with my van was it over heating and the hose broke where the anti freeze goes that was a easy fix that happened a year after having it and I know there has been lil things we had to do with the truck like spark plugs etc but I guess we got lucky with the 3 vehicles we have purchased

They were real up front about everything and they're pretty lenient on the payments too. I'll definitely be back for another car once this one is fully paid off. Definitely reccomend stopping in to check out their inventory.
