3Awful. I had an appointment at 1: 30 and they told me to get there 15 minutes early just to wait the next 45 minutes without seeing Amanda Birdwell. I walked out of my appointment! Will never schedule her again.
Dr Cordova is great however the front desk is SLOW they NEVER answer the phone and when u pop up in there they are sitting around chatting. I purposefully sat in the waiting area called and watched them NOT answer my call and continue chit chatting and ignore my call. They call you they do t leave a message and you can’t call them back because the call center now answers the phone. FRUSTRATING
I scheduled an appointment as a new patient since I had just moved to the area. I am due for a prescription renewal and wanted to get in quickly so my medicine did not lapse. I rearranged my work schedule to be able to attend this appointment at 1 PM in the afternoon on Tuesday and when I showed up there was a sign on the door that said they were closed for lunch until 130. Apparently they tried to call me and they say they left a voicemail to call them back but I did not get the voicemail so I showed up and was not able to have an appointment. They canceled my appointment without notifying me and can’t fit me in for another month on their schedule. Completely unprofessional and a horrible first experience with this practice, I will not be re-booking with this practice and I will be looking for another doctor in the area.
