Entering my 5th year. Not a rich man, but my situation does allow me to participate. Average take-homes in the $1000 range (Yes, you can make more here). Would like to retire here at some point if situations allow. A+! !

Very disappointed with the promises made for keeping be busy! I had several loads cancel, I had dispatcher stealing my pre-planed loads. Then because of weekends and pay cut off dates my checks were not as anticipated. I give them 3 stars because I see that when you first arrived and start on the job training process you will get a guaranteed pay. For up to three months or 90 days. Afterwords if you’re not on a dedicated account and doing everything they tell you to you will miss out on all kind of money however they got new people coming in on a regular basis that need training. That are new priorities and everybody else gets pushed to the back burner. Very poor business dynamic they have a revolving door and a 90% flow rate. Which means nine out of 10 drivers come and go and only one stays to put up with the workload.after a year or two the driver gets tired of their business practices. Just want to shoot straight and give it to you real facts

Recruiting is Amazing Oriantation manager not to much you can tell by her attitude disgusting. Supposedly this is a dedicated company then have you driving in the AM. This is a filler company put you in the seat till its time for you to Go. I don't recommend.
