Leader Heights Animal Hospital, York PA

Everyone was very kind and understanding with my very active explorative little cat when I brought her in for her first wellness check after adopting her from the SPCA. I had a recent hip replacement and it was challenging to carry her in the carrier - a bit of a struggle. After her visit was over, they carried her out to my car - so sweet and very appreciated!

I have been here twice in 2 years.first to bring my old girl to be cremated almost 2 years ago (she died at home) and again this summer with a very sick kitty, ultimately needing to be helped across the rainbow bridge. I could not have asked for a more compassionate crew! I was allowed to hold her through the whole process & spend as much time as I needed (WAY past closing). %recommend.

Love Dr. Kelly and the service was great.
HOWEVER…. The fees are ASTRONOMICAL! Super shocked and very questionable charges. No dog x-ray should cost more than a humans.

I had a very short wait time, even though I arrived early. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I believe I received excellent care for my cat and would recommend Leader Heights Animal Hospital to any of my friends with pets.

Everyone is so friendly, and the vet tech that administered my dog's distemper vaccine, also took time to help me how to get my dog to lose weight.

Very friendly, helpful staff. My kitties were well cared for while they were there for their neutering.

The doctors, technicians, kennel staff and receptionists go out of their way here to provide the best care possible for your pets. I've seen it for myself. The receptionists are always friendly, especially Rose, she makes you smile. All of the staff are amazing here. Your pets are in good hands with these doctors and technicians 100%. Shout out to Dr. Derbin and MaryKay, I watched you first hand save an animal. Shannon, Ally, Angel, Both Teresa's, Dr. Cheek, and I know that there are so many that I am missing and I apologize. But truly everyone there is a gem and is extremely passionate about what they do.

Wonderful. I was relieved to have the Dr.spend time with my senior hound to determine a plan.

They are by far the best place I have ever taken any of my pets. They had no openings but still fit me in to euthanize my suffering cat. They were extra compassionate and attentive. Their prices are very affordable as well.we have found our new vet!

Surgery process went smooth. We were called to inform us of how things were going. Everyone seemed helpful and happy.

The only place I will take my dogs (even when I lived in Hburg). Every single staff member truly cares about giving the best care & goes out of their way to do so.
