Bill Fischor and the installer Andre were both professional, responsive and just great people! Bill took the time to explain all of the product benefits and give me peace of mind the company and product were a good choice for our home. The install and follow up were as described and I really appreciated how Andre took the time to ensure the gutters were cleaned well and sealed before installing. I can barely tell they are there from the front of the house and I know right where to look. Special thanks for the team. Excited to be hands off all the dangerous gutter cleaning work next fall. Good professional installation. Installers were great. Very expensive product which I thought was financed. Ends up that after the installation I am getting multiple daily phone calls and texts for a bill which I wasn’t expecting. Not a good experience. Watch your dealings with their office.

Overall, I had a very good experience having new gutters installed with LeafFilter protection. The salesperson was very informative and NOT pushy (which would have killed the deal for me). The initial price was completely outrageous, but I didn't pay anywhere near that. Everyone was very responsive and my entire job, including all new flashing and gutters, was done in a day. They're all installed now, look great and are working great!

Buyer beware: Let’s tell it how it really is with LeafFilters. You’re going to read a lot of positive things about LeafFilters with BBB, and other websites. That is because they pay for that accreditation… we met with LeafFilters and agreed to a job that would re-pitch our existing gutters, hand clean them and install their patent guards that place under the shingles. Over $6000 financed to do our house, and they showed uk the next day. This is where it get’s dicey. 2 guys did the job in about 2 hours according to my ring camera. They did not re-pitch the gutters every foot as stated to sell us on the system. They did not clean the gutters as stated in our contract. Because they did not re-pitch the gutters half of one side is 3” below the shingle (completely unacceptable and unprofessional distance) so their guard is not under the shingles to be properly effective. We read the contract again, which we only received one copy of… that’s illegal and immediately voids the contract via NJ law. The contract states we have 3 days to cancel if mailed and post marked within the time frame. We reached out to them, and I could tell they were stalling in sending someone out. So I immediately filled out the letter, stating the law and mailed it certified/return received so I know they got it. It was lost marked within the time frame. By law, they have 10 business days to contact us and arrange pick up of their product and restore our gutters to pre-work. They have not done so, and according to Wells Fargo we owe the money. We now have to report them to NJ consumer protection for violating multiple laws and regulations, as well as consult a lawyer. When all is said and done, they will owe us triple the cost…. But there is one issue, this company obviously doesn’t care about the law. They have lost multiple lawsuits if you look deep enough online and even after settlements, they don’t pay and will play dumb when asked by local news. Do your research people, because this company is one of the lowest in morals. I wish I dug deeper before getting in this mess I’m sure to win. Do not make the same mistake. Ball is in your court, LeafFilters, I’m posting this EVERYWHERE until you do the right thing by my wife, Jill Quaranta in Brick NJ.

Set an appointment and call edthe verify a couple times (they didn't) They told me my appointment was a week before I asked if they showed (Knowing the answer). Nope. I told him I'm out and they didn't even care.

When I moved into my house in 2019 I had Leaf Filter installed on half of my gutters. Recently I made an appointment to have it installed on the remaining half. The installation team never showed up. I called the sales rep and made a new installation appointment, but again the installation team was a no show. I’d love to have my gutters covered so I don’t have to clean them anymore, but I don’t think I’m willing to pay the exorbitant cost just to be stood up a third time. I’ll likely buy the much cheaper gutter covers from Costco and install them myself.

These people made an appointment & phoned a few minutes after the time expected to say my house is not eligible because it has a flat roof. I tried to make another appointment, because there is a normal gutter at the base of the mansard type roof on the front of the house. It’s filled with leaves & I can’t understand why they won’t even look at it. A 15’ row house is a small job for them, I guess they just don’t want to be bothered.

Everything went great. From the in home consultation to the next day installation. So far so good! The leaves are falling and my gutters are flowing free. I am a disabled veteran and I cannot get up on my roof anymore. LeafFilter is a life saver.

New gutters were installed on my residence and my business building. The workers were promt and professional. It only took 2 days and they look great.
