Lease Dry Cleaners, Old Forge PA

Dropped off my wedding gown and a fur rug at the end of August. The women that helped me were pleasant to speak to and were clear to tell me that it would take about a month; football season was starting and it wouldn't be a quick turn around. Sure. No problem. It's not an immediate service but one month seems fair enough. September goes by, October goes by. It's the beginning of November. I physically go to there to check in on the status of my dress and the rug. The woman there tells me she isn't sure and that the guy who takes care of the dry cleaning normally waits to put a bunch of dresses together to take care of them. She tells me that maybe my rug is done and she would take down my information and call me soon with an update. First off, my dress had a stain on it. You mean to tell me that he's deciding to wait MORE months before tending to it? I'm getting married soon and I do not have my dress. She tells me that maybe the rug is done. I CANT WEAR MY RUG TO MY WEDDING. At this point it's almost been 3 months and both my dress and rug are being held hostage. It's also been a week and I still haven't received a call back about my dress. I just called their phone number and no one picked up. After I get my stuff back I will not be using their service.

Didn’t even finish altering my pants, called employee was very rude and not admitting to not finishing my pants. Wasn’t very happy with my end results of my suit

Being relatively new to the area I found Lease and have been using their dry cleaning services now for a few months. I took my clothes to another place in Scranton and it was not a very good experience not to mention the exorbitant prices. So glad I found Lease! Not only have I been extremely pleased with their dry cleaning service, they are always friendly and helpful, and their prices are good. Thank you Lease!

Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable! They really know what they're doing which has kept me returning again and again.

I just love Julie. She is so kind and cares about helping to make sure everything fits well. She is so busy but always goes out of her way!
