Lebanon Nails & Spa of pa

My wife went here and the lady who did her nails took forever. Kept nicking her skin with the nail grinder and made her bleed. By the end I was over priced. Three days later one of her nails chip. I do not recommend this place.

Took my niece for a pedi. I had a guy who started over 5 minutes before the girl who did my niece. He took his time and did a good job. The girl who did my niece rushed, didn't do as much for her and finished very shortly after I was done. Less that a week later her gels were falling off. I have one little chip on 1 toe. My niece has had 5 gels completely fall off. And she was traveling in a car so not doing activities that would cause damage to her nails. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

First and only time here was a horrible experience, the guy doing my nails rushed and made my full set really thick and messy. I tried to point out what I didn’t like and he ignored it. When he painted the nails the paint was sloppy and uneven. Two days later the nail on my pointer finger came off. I was being very careful with these nails because they’re for a wedding but it came off when I was simply pulling my hair up. I’m extremely disappointed and upset that I spent 70 bucks on nails that I hate. It’s not like I have the money to go get them redone. I recommend not going there but checking out some other places around Lebanon.

The first time I was in for a manicure service, I was charged $10 more than the service I had scheduled. A week later, the acrylic nails started coming off, so I scheduled to have them redone. During the appointment, as I was explaining how I wanted my nails done, I was being made to feel stupid for my preferences. I did tip her well as til all was said and done, I did get what I wanted.until about 2 days later when the gel polish started peeling off. So, I think I'll keep searching for a good nail spa. So, now I get to add EXTREME RUDENESS to my falling star review. As I was just now trying to schedule a brow waxing appointment for my daughter, I was HUNG UP ON. I will DEFINITELY NOT RETURN!

Got my nails done Sunday and by Monday night my nails were lifting and popping off.nail prep was not complete, didn't even clean the cuticle area before laying the acrylic.the acrylic was all over my fingers and was applied super thick.not only that, he applied his own tip on the original total of $55 (+$15). Was made to feel very weird because she kept repeating "nothing is free" when obviously upset with the job being done. I spent way too much for nails that are popping off the next day.terrible customer services too.

The best Spa and pedicure place ever! Love this place! Staff is really great and treats their clients with dedication and love. I highly recommend it!
