The staff and Medical Teams never disappoint here. Veterans will receive high quality care and support from people who appreciate those who have served in the Armed Forces. I highly recommend Military Service Members and their families to this location.

I worked with the VA for the last two years that I worked with them and the administration their is the worst management team that I have ever worked for they allowed bullying and discrimination. They allowed my supervisor to have me terminated over one simple mistake. After 20 years with the Veterans Administration or excellent service. I am going to sue them and I hope that they all rot in hell Maria McCafferty, Linda cook and Linda the head of the admin their. The director their were all POS’s. They will be contacted by my lawyer and I already reported them to Washington DC.

I came in and was feeling very bad. The emergency room took me right in. This hospital took very good care of me.
Thank you to all the doctors and nurses that looked after me and took good care of me on the second floor. Such great people. Truly an amazing hospital.

Staff and Medical Care was great but don't get no better than Lebanon VA hours yeah as far as health care is concerned

As a disabled veteran I've been treated with nothing but 1st class service and medical. This includes any VA Hospital or clinic I've been too. Some people don't realize how fortunate we are to receive Free Healthcare. I hear some people complaining I think those are the ones who will complain about anything.

Their care giver program SUCKS. They never did a damn thing for me, Now that my husband is deceased they send Stupid letters. They are worthless!

My husband went here for 34 yrs. They took excellent care of him. He passed away here in hospice. He had the best possible care. The nursing staff is wonderful and compassionate

I am always impressed with the quality of care afforded at this hospital. I can't think of any other place where I'm treated with as much respect and courtesy. Professionals all around!

This incident was from me 2016/17 visit with the orthopedic doctor in Lebanon VA clinic. I had an x-ray taken of my hips. The doctor started explaining what he saw on my x-ray when he got up excused himself and went and talked to another doctor (probably not any better), came back and says, good news is you don't need hip surgery yet. Never said what was wrong with my hips. They will never give you a straight answer at this clinic. A doctor at the Cumberland valley VA clinic in Camp Hill Pennsylvania was looking at my back and his medical diagnosis was that my back was asleep.

Do yourself a favor and do not see any orthopedic specialists here. It's more than likely everybody that works at the VA had feeling grades in college, imo

VA Lebanon is excellent! The VA has gotten a lot of bad press through the years for its poor Medical services. That has changed! I received better care at the VA hospital and clinic than I ever had at a public or private facility. The VA nurses, doctors, and staff genuinely care about the veteran.

This hospital has to be the lowest of the lowest. My biggest problem is that VA employees have more rights than the Veteran they serve. For years I’ve realized I was asking the wrong people. My doctor even told me I’ve been asking for help and no one had been listening. Yeah! She was the main one just trying to save face around other professionals that was in the room. I’m don’t talking to EMPLOYEE ADVOCATES because there is no such thing as PATIENTS ADVOCATE. I’ve been trying to get help by all cost. I was denied to get something to eat and was told I have to sit outside on a bench. That’s ok! I choose to just stay away from this negative place dealing with people that really don’t care. I’ve talked to the patient advocate on many occasions. I have real valid questions but no one can give me a valid answer.

I’m a Florida resident and a VA patient. I recently received form fitting hearing aids, which I love and my wife loves even more. They started acting up; so yesterday we visited the Lebanon VA seeing we are visiting family in the local area. Your facility has so much beauty, character and history and your patience should be proud. I registered in bldg 17 and then to the fourth floor to audio. They seen me and fixed my hearing aids all within an hour. Everyone we talked to; was so helpful, nice and accommodating. What a great experience, Thank you!

I went to the emergency room on Wednesday. I could not be happier with their efficiency and the treatment I received. The doctors were so nice as was the rest of the staff.

This review does not pertain to every employee/department. It really sucks to be a patient here sometimes. Between the unnecessary attitudes and carelessness, it's pointless to even try. Yall care more about whether or not I'm suicidal than my actual health. Make it make sense. Nobody says yall owe us veterans anything, however, it's a job you signed up for. After all the trauma we already live with, from childhood to military experience, all we're looking for is compassion, respect, and someone to actually care. Yall want respect but don't give it. I can't ask a question without some nurse giving me attitude in return but as soon as I return the energy, I'm the crazy one. It's exhausting.

P. S. Some of yall have some inherited racism and it shows.

Worst place to go ever was scheduled for a knee replacement then at the last minute was scheduled for a couple of tests for type 2 which was a little high was not able to work out due to knee like I was so instead of fixing the problem they said I couldn't have it done been dealing with this for 4 years. I'm done also they hardly answer the phone or never call back
