LECOM School of Dental Medicine Dental Offices reviews
9Nikki is the most fantastic "student" doctor ever! I'm so sad she'll be leaving. I have a lot of dental work that needs done, and she's never once made me feel embarrassed or ashamed. Everyone else there is so kind and helpful, too. So glad I found them. They are so thorough, as they're a school to teach, and go over every single tooth with a fine comb. They do beauty work, too!
On February 23 2017 I paid lecom school of dental medicine 6,700 in full for a treatment plan to fix all my teeth. Around January 2018 my dentist wanted to rewrite my care plan as a charity case in which he explained I'd get around 3,000 back at completion. In short I went to over 40 appointments with 8 different dentist for over 4 years to end up with two different shade crowns and another crown that chipped and still missing teeth. My last appointment the dentist said I ran out of money on my account and would have to pay thousands more and then said they sent me a check for 17 dollars wich I never received
Took my son for his first appointment ever. The student we got, Nikki, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and patient with my son. She explained everything she was doing, told him all about her tools, and was just generally an angel. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience. Wasn't too excited about their referral option, but that's not on them.
Does anyone else have problems with the dentures from this school?
I had 20 teeth extracted in September 2022.
I had to wait until November to start getting molds nade.
I was told I would have my dentures by January.
Didn't get then until March.
After numerous trips and hours spent making molds.
When I finally got my dentures. I couldn't wear them. The tops gag Mr. The bottoms do not stay in.
I paid for in advance for my dentures. They do not make them until they are paid for.
I waited and fought for 6 month's for my teeth, that I still cannot wear.
Has anyone else had problems with I'll fitting dentures. That lecom says they can't do anything about?
I been taking grandchildren for dental work since I retired. Their parents work so I have time. The young dentists are exceptional, I always ask questions they are awesome to give information. I have not been awnsered in any way but polite, respectful. The instructors are also very nice. All have been really great with my grandchildren.
Very good. Helpful, the student I had (Addison Hendricks) was very thorough, thoughtful and did a very good job. I had several specialists work with him on me. I was going every few weeks as I had several issues r/t radiation in my teeth and bones in my mouth. Would highly recommend. Dr. Caulderbank was there thru it all and so very helpful.
My son just had an extraction done. The student should've refused to do anything.my son's tooth was infected and wouldn't numb. Any time I had an infected tooth my dentist would refuse to work on it, prescribe antibiotics, and schedule the work. My 26 yo son was bawling. They had to drill into his tooth to numb it.which didn't work. 3 hrs of hell!
I myself have never had a bad experience.but this was some bs!
Great place to get your teeth fixed nothing but praise for my student dentist and the staff their
The staff, the doctors and residents were great. Our experience was the best. The time and effort given to my kids. Can't thank them enough.
