This place is a great paying job. But here's the catch.

1. They treat you like complete trash.
2. The team lead will call you worthless and say your work is s*** infront of your team at meetups every morning at 6am and one at lunch around 12.3. Do not work here avoid it 100%, they will use you and lie to you on the daily.
4. I can't stress enough, avoid this job and look elsewhere, they don't care at all about there employees are customers, all they care is that products ship out even if the order is wrong.
5. They show favoritism to people who they like, if they don't like you they will talk about you until the point of wanting to quit, they will bully you outside of work through social media attempting to get you to quit working there.

I'm happy to help you with any questions on this review:)

Don’t work here line leads sleeping employees who are married my friends husband destroyed relationships it’s a wonder why a lot of defects in your cap to busy screwing it coupd our negative star I would don’t recommend working there. Update it continues to go on and causing issues and management turns blind eye to what going on they still all over each other at work. It is a wonder why the quality of caps is going down when leads and workers under her to busy screwing around and getting him a raise that the quality of cap has to fail in the general public. Their hr and management just hide the fact of it and the moral of everyone going down cause they see what leer represents cheating coworkers and everything once may have been a good name now is failing

Not sure if reading these comments if I am dealing with the same company! I purchased a Leer (my 3rd brand new cap) truck cap and the windows leaked, the roof rack tracks leaked, after many trips to have it fixed at different dealers. After 5 contact emails and 2 months from Leers web page asking for help I finally got the ok to send it back to have it repaired. Well after many months of waiting I had the dealer that sent it back check on the unit and low and behold it was no where to be found, yes my cap was LOST! Every year I take a trip north to see my son and sleep in the back of my truck for many reasons, but not this year as I have no cap to keep me and my traveling belongings dry. After continuous hounding to the selling dealer and the shipping dealer this cap was no where to be found, But wait there it is ready to be shipped. The moral of this story, is number one the craftsmanship was terrible since it leaked like a sive and second how could you loose a cap.

This place doesn't only make great products, it takes care of its employees. Great start pay, amazing benefits. I am proud that I have the ability to say I'm now employed here

Something is rotten in Denmark, or should I say Milton, PA. How can you have so many 5 star ratings and then a slew of 1 star ratings with believable explanations? If management is not smart enough to see this, then maybe new management is needed. I ordered a 100R with 2 options on Jan. 7th and was told it will be 8 to 12 weeks. When calling the factory in Milton, I was told that there is a bottleneck in getting glass from the midwest and the typical Covid excuse. Well, duh, maybe it's time to start looking for more sources of glass closer to the Milton factory, like a captive sub or bring the glass production in house. And the Covid19 excuse is getting real old. Time to buck up and get with the program.

Went.to their sales shop to getting running boards on my truck, I had to order them, then and they called me, once I got there they could not do it because they ordered the wrong ones and said they couldn't put them on because I had body mounts instead of cab mounts! They weren't able to take the old ones off, sounds a little cheesy to me?
