This place is awful Salesman Dale Skaggs is a con artist and customer service not sure they have any. Switched to gas part of the install does not work Dale will not contact us and customer service is no help

The rates of their heating fuel are a complete rip off. I am only giving any stars because their technicians are friendly and professional.

While our scheduled delivery was missed we were happy to have quick and efficient service to get our heat up and running. A huge shout out to Eddie for his informative and helpful guidance, they are lucky to have this guy.

I got home after 7: 00 pm Friday evening to a furnace making an odd noise and the smell of fuel oil. I turned my system off and called for a service call. I was told someone would be out between 10: 30 pm and 1: 30 am. I received a call @ 9: 30 stating that they need to reschedule my call due to many emergency calls of people without heat I replied I don't have any heat either. I was told sorry but we need to reschedule. OK can I get someone first thing tomorrow morning? Yes, I will have someone there between 8: 00 and 9: 00 am. 10: 00 comes around still no one, I call back and find out my service call was pushed because they had to go to someone with a water leak. I was then told someone would be out between 12: 00 and 3: 00 pm it's now 2: 00 pm and still no technician or heat at my place. Not only don't I have heat but have missed a day of work sitting here waiting on a technician, if they would have told me they wouldn't have been here until later in the day I could have at least gone to work, made money and been warm.

They have left much to be desired. Customer service department is not clearly connected to the resting the company. I canceled a “protection plan” for my furnace and still was billed for it several months later.

They also send someone to fill up my oil tank once a month. I’ve refused delivers over the phone but they keep coming to deliver 50-80 gallons at a time. I canceled the service and they still came back to driver again and were in and out before we could refuse the delivery. That could speak well to their speed and efficiency or poorly about respecting the wishes of their customers or former customers.

Called to cancel services again and the loyalty department was too busy to take my call.so I’m clearly not the only person unhappy with services received.

Very through and precise on their approach to the problem. Tehy took time to explain to me what the problem could be and the possible solution.

Called for service—problem was “fixed. ” Five hours later same problem as before. Calling them back out to see if they can fix whatever is wrong. Disappointed.

Thal Saxton just serviced my furnace, excellent tecnician. Thorough, explained what he was doing and cleaned up when done. He gets 5 stars.
We are new home owners, prev owner had Leffler and we decided to stay w them. First appt for cleaning was cancelled at last minute. Not happy. Reschedule went fine.
I am reserving 1 star until after air cond service performed and see how service goes for one year. If all good, I will be back w 5th star!

When I call I only get people who give me a hard time and I tell you that I have a 90 some year old and a cat in my house this last time my cat was that cold she was shaking and I had to cove her to stay warm and I had keep my grandmother warm so she didn't get sick and if this keeps up I can report the company to the office of aging oh yea I will go there you can not keep oil from me

We have been using Leffler Energy for about 2.5 years, and we have had an excellent experience. Their staff is always SO friendly and helpful! This week, I called to schedule appointments, and Sherry that I spoke with was extremely kind and helped me get my various appointments (tune-ups) scheduled. We also love Allen who has serviced our equipment on multiple occasions. He is always so nice and pleasant. Great company!

Helping my father with health issues navigate bills after my mother's death, after reviewing realized this company was charging aooroximaappr 40 PERCENT MORE than the area average. Call to customer service offered no assistance just statement from rep that they charged more at times in the past so why was he complaning now.seriously? Parents were customers for over 25 years, but not anymore.

We are an automatic delivery customer. Last heating season we ran out of oil 3 times between 1/18 and 3/18. Since November 2018 our fuel has run out 2 times (including Christmas Eve) and we had no heat. This week our tank was empty again on 1/22 for the third time. We called and had 10 emergency gallons delivered. Our expected delivery date was 1/23. Our automatic delivery date needs to be re- calculated!

Terrible Service for our account. Told that a driver would be in to fill our tank & then they don't show up. Has happened several times. Have called many times & still cannot get deliveries for our Diesel tank. Would not recommend this business.

The tech that showed up was fantastic, he corrected the problem. My problem is with the tech that showed up to service the unit a few weeks before. Why would he set the temperature at 120 degrees? It makes me wonder what, if anything, was actually serviced.

I have been with Leffler for 30+ years and they have been responsive to every one of my needs. Over the years I have come in contact with many different technicians they where all knowledgeable some more then others, but Carl #814 is by far the best. He knows what he is doing. I am always glad to see him because I know the problem, whatever it is will be solved.

Unexpectedly my furnace quit working on Sunday morning with wind chills at 15 below zero. To my surprise it service technician came out diagnose the problem. Was unable to get the part to be needed for a gas furnace on Sunday, the first thing this morning to coming out to install the part and get me up and running again. Service staff in the technician were very courteous respectful and competent. It's a pleasure dealing with a company that is professional!
