As a former athlete, this is a great training gym. Equipment is state of the art and coaches are extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this facility

LEG1ON is a first class gym with highly experienced coaches. Bryan and his team go above and beyond to accommodate client needs, including creating custom personal training programs (as well as great add-ons such as nutrition and athletic training).

Leg1on Training and Performance is the best! I have been a member for approximately 2yrs, and it has been the best experience I’ve had at any gym. Bryan is a hands on owner/coach that has created a positive, clean environment that welcomes athletes of all backgrounds (pro athletes to weekend warriors). The variety of services from individual training, small classes, and nutrition training is top notch as well.

My experiences working with Jeremy (personal training/classes), Shelly (nutrition classes), and other staff members have been nothing short of fantastic! Everyone is well versed and motivated to help you achieve your goals. Really feels like they are invested in you doing your best. Personal training is exactly that for the Leg1on staff - Personal.

I’m visiting from out of town for a few days - and my friend let me join her training session with Bryan. I only have wonderful things to say! Bryan is such a great trainer - he is not only clearly knowledgeable & passionate, but also super personable & fun to talk to. The facility is very clean & all the equipment seems top-notch. The overall vibe is also just very welcoming. 10/10 would recommend- hope I can return soon!

I highly recommend LEG1ON for anyone looking to achieve fitness goals at any level! I’ve been doing personal training with Sint for about 7 months and I have worked with Shelly for nutrition, they are both great but all the trainers are super friendly and knowledgeable! The facility is also incredibly clean and well-maintained.

I have trained with trainers across the globe throughout my professional career and certainly was blown away by my experience at this facility. This location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leg1on to anyone. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I have been to a lot of different gyms but nothing compares to how you feel when you walk through Leg1on’s doors.the coaches, the cleanliness, the equipment and the whole experience is 10 out of 10. They live by the motto “embrace the uncomfortable” and it’s become apart of my lifestyle now. Give them a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I've been training at Legion since it opened, and I've loved every time I get to go in. The gym is always incredibly clean and organized, and the coaching staff is incredible. I originally went to get stronger so that I performed better in sports for my high school, and I now train there solely with the intention of building strength and size, and I have seen remarkable improvements in both facets. Overall, Leg1on is a great spot to train and I highly recommend that anyone in the Pittsburgh area checks it out!

When you enter this facility, the feeling you get is top of the line, high end, exclusive, professional, raw & full of edge. Ive never walked into another like it. You can tell just by looking around this is a very important place and business gets done.
