Unfortunately this office has horrible customer service. When both parties are trying to have the issue resolved because of agreement there seems to be roadblocks. If you ask them to explain their policies or rules, they are unable to do so. When you do get the information they will not discuss it with you. A simple discussion can go a long way.
Unfortunately Alicia and her supervisor Cindy have some rather nasty attitudes and shouldn’t be aloud to talk to the public. I am currently waiting for the director Julia Greenwood to get in contact with me. I doubt I ever hear from her either.
Shame our system is so broken and it is ran like this. It is time for change!

Trash. They just want money. They don’t care about what’s right. I got arrested because I didn’t give them an address when I was homeless and didn’t have a place.

They are the rudest most unhelpful bunch of people ever. They should all quit and go into a job that they don't have to talk to people or have anything to do with humans! They must all hate their job!

The people FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE are so disrespectful, treat you like garbage! They really don’t do their work. They should receive a course how to treat people. I have one child support case with them and I am already in the process for 1 year and when I ask for information they just say you have to wait and when you try to talk to the person in charge, they don’t want to transfer your calls and give you a really nasty attitude.
It is like they hate their jobs instead of being grateful of having one. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

CLOSE THIS PLACE UP. THEY TREAT YOU BAD LIKE A CRIMINAL. ALL THEY DO IS MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOUR MONEY. PLUS ITS ALL FOR LAZY PEOPLE WHO JUST WANT TO STEAL MONEY FROM ANOTHER PERSON. Worse experience ever. No phone calls back, case worker says when he has time he'll mail the new order.are u kidding me? What a complete waste of time and joke. Trying to call all day between breakes and no response or they hang-up. I work dont have time to go in. Frustrating.

Called to get information and got a A@###$$% named CORY at this location he was a real idiot and extremely rude also refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I wonder where they get their employees from he sounded like it was his first day on the job, If you do get CORY just hang up and call back you'll regret it if you stay on the line with him!

This place is so unprofessional, i called at 8: 05 its now 8: 22 and im still on hold.you are treated like a criminal from this place.i just received a letter saying im out of compliance with my order, when its a wadge attachment.how much sense does that make.its kind of bs that they have the ability to take your freedom away at anytime they want too but cant cooperate with you or even answer the phone.ive had nothing but problems with these people from day one.

Employees are beyond rude. If you hate your job that much than quit. My husband has one case here and is constantly treated like garbage. Both on the phone and in person. Complaints do not change anyone's attitudes as the supervisors are just as rude as the employees.

This place discrimination is what they do best. Women win 99.9 percent of the time just feeding there office with more and more work to hire more workers. Plus they only enforce there orders to good hard working father's who fight for there children. If you don't have a job your safe. But have a job and there on you like flies o. Dog s$$t. Office people are usually all women and with a attitude. Like there the best, and there stuff doesn't stink. Honeztly if your a red blooded male. You have a better chance ce of winning the lottery than winning in this court room.

These ppl are mean as fk even if you don't owe anything. Super judgemental and on power trips. Hey, I know having a child isn't cheap and some parents suck at it. But when I've been paying for 4+ years and got injured lossing 3.5 months of work, they threw me in jail for 30days missing 1 payment arrangement

These people are VERY unprofessional! Why have a contract number if no one ever picks up the phone? THIS IS A FEDERAL BUILDING, GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!
