SO WHO INSTALLS WHITE CARPET IN A HOUSE FILLED WITH KIDS? I DO!

Firstly, let me explain that I installed brand new all white carpet throughout my family room in a house with four teenagers! Impractical? Insane. Definitely! Then, I invite 50+ guests over for a 50th birthday celebration! My anxiety surrounding my beautiful carpet went through the roof!

I had a pretty sizeable carpet remnant leftover from the install, and wanted it bond into an area rug, to cover as much of the carpet as I could. Called Todd over at Lehigh Rug, and he told me that he SPECIALIZES in managing anxiety! And could definitely help me, even on such short notice (and with a staffing shortage!) Todd's responsiveness was outstanding! He kept me posted throughout the process; and my area rug was ready with two days to spare before the party. So in under three days, the job was completed with perfection!

What also impressed me was: he even promised that if it took too long to bind and if he could not have it ready the day before the party, he would hand deliver it to my home in Bethlehem, from Allentown! That's exceptional customer service! Lehigh Rug hit a homerun in customer satisfaction! Thank you Todd!

The technician was on time, polite, and performed his job extremely well. I will be using this company again for the rest of my carpets, throw rugs and draperies. I highly recommend them! Really great experience getting a few large rugs cleaned after construction and a new rug cutting/binding. Highly responsive, accommodating, and excellent results! Would highly recommend for either of these services.

What a fabulous experience. They were so easy to work with. They were easy to contact, excellent communicators (thanks Matt!), and easy to schedule. The carpets hadn’t been cleaned in 6 years and they now look like new. Jacob was so thorough and included extra touches like moving small furniture for us, placing tabs below furniture legs, and even took out a little stain on my throw pillow free of charge. The carpets felt somewhat dry even by the time they left - not soggy or any sort of residue feeling. And the price was reasonable. This is a company that cares about customers and knows how to satisfy them.
