Not bad, but I wish she would have called when it took a day longer because I drove there for nothing and had to come back the next day.

I needed a repair to the strap of my wristlet. I dropped off my wristlet and was told me to come after 4pm today to pick them up the item. When I arrived the next day, my item was not ready but they offered to deliver my wristlet to my home after they closed for the day. I would have went back later in the week but they insisted on delivering my item. The owners showed up with my repaired wristlet to my house. They did an amazing job. My item looks brand new. What great service by a wonderful, hard working family business. Will use again.

I had my H. S. Trask shoes resoled here at high cost for mediocre workmanship. The job called for a half sole with Lulu tips. The Lulu tips were not inlaid into the leather, just set on top and the cost of the job was more than a complete resole at a more experienced shop. The welt is separated at two spots, not cleanly joined. The uppers were not conditioned or polished and the laces weren’t replaced or included.

Terrible customer service. Wasted my time and my provided terrible service. DO NOT trust them. Even their response here is full of lies!

They are great they matched the color on my leather jacket and at a reasonable price would recommend in a heartbeat.

Expert work at a reasonable price. They fixed my doc Marten boots, put on a new sole and shined them up like new!

If I could give this business 10 stars I would! I brought them a pair of boots that needed a new wrapping on the heels. They told me to come after 2pm today to pick them up. Got a durable new zipper sewn onto my beloved leather bomber jacket. The stitching perfectly matches the original, and the zipper itself seems to be an even higher quality than the original zipper. The work was quick and excellently done, for a reasonable price. I will definitely bring any future leather repairs here.

They did a great job on my boots and were very friendly. I saved a lot of money by having my boots repaired instead of buying new ones and the soles they put on them have lasted a lot longer than the soles that came with the boots when i bought them.

I camw with an idea about wrapping something in leather.it was made a reality they went above and beyond.extermly pleased

Had a purse with merlot stains.did get stains out for 160.00 but didn't wipe down after and ended up getting my white pants full of stain and the purse was sticky! Not what you expect after paying that kind of money. Reached out to owner who told me to send picts.which I did and heard nothing more. WIsh I could share picts here as well.

They specialize in leather. They recently did an amazing job repairing 5 pair of shoes for me, including adding a leather belt and now these shoes fit great! Can’t wait for them to finish a purse repair which I will review as well!

Brought boots in for a new Vibram sole, asked for a direct replacement. Received my boots back no longer having a welted sole, with the wrong color and tread pattern sole. Was shown Vibram catalog with sole on my boots, two pages later was the sole I had asked for. They acted like what I got was better when I pointed out the differences, what I'd asked for be darned. Cherry on top was leather dye all over eyelets and laces in a slightly wrong shade. Your boots deserve a better fate.

Edit: Upgraded to two stars from one after owner's response. It seems there were a lot of miscommunications in the process. I was also incorrect in mistaking polish for dye. The polish cleaned off the eyelets, laces, and boots. I should have been much more clear in expectations, it seems. Apologies to whoever's heart rate I got going there.

I was in need of a small repair on my leather purse and called this shop for service. I was instructed to bring in the purse and if the repair was small they would address it that day. What a surprise to have such wonderful service and such quality work on that same day. This is a local business that is supporting its community. Especially a trade that is not offered everywhere. I traveled a round trip of 50 miles to go to this shop. I will pass along this experience to those I know and please everyone support small business. These are the tradesman and families that make our communities great!

I needed a Michael Kors purse modified to suit my moms needs better. They put a piece in that almost matched the other metal on the purse identically, good work, couldn't tell it didn't come that way, they did it timely and they called me and left a message for pick up, price was fantastic. I'm very happy with everything anything I need of this nature I will 100% be back.

I've brought leather boots and hiking boots for resoling and cleaning here, and the owners do incredible work! They brought life back into my shoes and I'm welcomed with kindness and professionalism whenever I visit. It is cash-only, so make sure you stop by the ATM first:) Thank you!

I stopped by this store to get two pairs of shoes cleaned. I dropped them off on a Monday and was told to pick them up that Friday (which was fine I had no problem with it). When I picked them up on Friday i was told to come back the next Monday because one pair of shoes needed more time (which i was also fine with). Then I come get them the next Monday (today) and the women who helped me was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Before i left she told me that those shoes were a “huge problem” and when I asked her why, she goes “cleaning them was a huge problem. ” I was very confused and angry. I understand the shoes weren’t in the best of shape, they had scuffs and a little bit of water damage but is that what i’m spending $32 on? To get them cleaned? It’s your job to clean them right? I wanted to tell her that but couldn’t. I will NOT be returning to this store.
