When i purchased my acura rdx back in 2021 i got this package they have called 3 for one and i tell you it is 100 percent worth it. Over the years people have given my car dings and dents i would have had to pay well over 1200 in repairs for those dents but the 3 for 1 covered it. I also got a lump on my tire wall which was covered by the 3 for 1. Excellent customer service and reccomendations

I originally took it to 2 other places and the first place gave the car back to me and said nothing was wrong with the car then I took it to a2nd place then they couldn’t find what was wrong with it. I was so frustrated then I had no choice but to take it there and it was fixed in 45 minutes. So excited and relieved.

Dropped the 2019 RX off for some routine maintenance and to investigate why the brakes felt abnormally "rough" when applied. The Service Advisor (Chelsie) called relatively quickly w/ the bad news that both front AND rear brake pads were worn/glazed and all rotors were warped and showed signs of overheating: i.e, a total replacement. Good news was that all parts were on hand and the work could be completed by 5PM. Car was finished almost an hour early, and Chelsie was ably to apply a reasonable discount to the invoice amount, and the mechanic who did all the work willingly gave me a very thorough explanation of how this could have happened after 40K miles. Great job by Lehigh Valley Acura (especially employees Chelsie & Tom) in converting an unexpected problem into a very positive customer experience! 5*****!
