Mice Infested Apartments.
I lived in a one bed apt in Lehigh valley apartments. Management did not address mice infestation. They mentioned that maintenance will not do anything regarding the openings on kitchen wall from where mice are entering from. I had to buy all traps and other necessary items to address the problems. Management neither acknowledged or sent maintenance to check. The only answer you get from them is "Exterminator will be in next week". The lady in leasing office lied in front on me to the upper management regarding the number of mice I caught in my Apartment. She mentioned that she found few in her apartment and sounded like that is not a big deal. It was unhygienic, pathetic, uncomfortable situations to live in hearing to the sounds you hear from kitchen. Please be prepared if you are signing lease with them. Overall I caught 3 and exterminator was able to trap 2. He left one of them in my trash can. 4 months of torture!
Since I just move in there’s nothing negative for me to say is my first apartment but is next to the highway so for those that live in the back your right next to it so you hear every car that passes by and gets a little annoying
I have been Painting the Lehigh Vally apartments for a long time. I Love Selena, Ray, Jose the and rest of the people who work there.
I've been here 7yrs and never really had a problem. Selena the rental manager is very nice. Any issues I ever had it would be taken care of.
Living here is nice. We've been here for 5 yrs. Apartments are wonderful, maintenance is great, but forget about help from the office. Need help with a problem? The manager pretends to care, but won't do anything about it. Need the storage room open? She'll "do that in 5 minutes", but go back to texting on her phone, and nothing gets done. The other girl is wonderful, and we never have a problem. But, the manager is very unprofessional. Bottom line: take care of your own problems, and only put things in the storage room that you never want to see again.
