I have had many printers and computers over the years but the service I got from this company outshines all others. They had the expertise to fix my printers but were both personal and professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

We were locked out of our Brother Printer/ Scanner due to a former employee resetting the password, we needed to perform a Factory reset. After several days of trying all the different procedures on the Brother web site without success I called Lehigh Valley Business Machines.
First impression was great, I got to speak to a live person who took my information and told me a technician would call me back. A short time later Kurt called me for some additional details. It was late in the afternoon, Kurt said he would research the proper procedure for my machine and get back to me. The next morning he emailed the correct procedures which worked like a charm! I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Hello,

Chris came by today and worked on a printer I purchased from my work. Although he was not familiar with the brand, he agreed to try and help me out. Chris diagnosed the problem via e-mail, I ordered the parts, he scheduled a visit, and voilà, it is working. In additional, he informed me of another area that was a problem. I have since ordered the parts. I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Business Machines. Chris you are the best!
