Lehigh Valley Center for Sight is amazing! I had Lasik Eye Surgery done a month ago and I am so glad I went with them. Dr. Hadeed is a wonderful and very thorough and walked me through the whole process. All the doctors there are great and I felt so comfortable. I highly recommend them!

One star only because I HAD to leave at least one. This office is TERRIBLE. Save your time and eye sight and go to Wills Eye Hospital.
My husband, who was 32 at the time, went to see Dr. Ross because we were referred by our optometrist for deposits seen in the eye on exam.
We went to see Dr. Ross and were unimpressed from the moment we walked in the door. The front desk staff is rude and dismissive, but we’re able to overlook that for a stellar doctor. Well, Dr. Ross is way less than stellar. Seemingly disrupting his smoke break judging by the overwhelming smell of cigarette, he scoffed and told my husband “well, you’re not going blind or anything” and diagnosed my husband with macular degeneration. My THIRTY-TWO year old husband was diagnosed with macular degeneration, a disease that almost always affects people aged 60 and older. Then it was followed up with “well, you’re not going blind or anything”? !? !? WOW! We were told we don’t need to ever follow up, just basically take eye vitamins and go on with our lives. Being a medical professional myself, I was stunned by this terrible bedside manner and lack of follow up. You’re telling us that he has a disease that almost never affects people this young and you don’t want to see him again, ever? No warnings about not driving. We were even given a prescription for glasses that was making his vision worse.
Long story short, we scheduled a second opinion with Wills Eye Hospital. The doctor walked into the room and said “I’m not yet sure what this is but I can guarantee it’s not macular degeneration because you’re too young”. After an exam and genetic testing, my husband’s vision was determined to be 20/400, which is worse than the 20/200 that is considered to be legally blind. Even worse, it is not able to be corrected with glasses. It was determined that he has a gene mutation that is causing his symptoms. We have frequent follow ups and will be entered in clinical trials as they are available for his condition. Most importantly, he was told he is absolutely not to be driving. Something that Center for Sight never mentioned. Oh, and those eye vitamins that Dr. Ross told us to take? They contain vitamin A and were most likely making his condition worse. How many other legally blind people does Center for Sight allow to still drive? TERRIFYING!

My mothers double vision has been happening for well over two years.

Just found out my mothers double vision was caused by a stroke. Would have found out over 6 months ago. However, the office "Misplaced" my mothers CAT scan. After getting the proverbial runaround.

Then said they said results were sent to appropriate specialists. That was a blatant lie. Then said mother recieved her results personally. Another lie.

I have had dry eye for over 20 years and Dr. Hadeed is the first eye doctor that has taken my condition seriously. She has worked with me on providing different remedies instead of telling me to use eye drops and come back in another year. Thank you Dr. Hadeed.

Wow! I had an appointment scheduled for 2: 30pm today. I completely forgot, my fault. I called back less than an hour afterwards to apologize and reschedule. I was told that since I was a new patient and I didn't give 24hr notice, I couldn't reschedule as their policy on missed appointments changed. I honestly asked, "does this mean I can never schedule here again, as in forever" to which I was told, "yes". Well, if they are that unforgiving of a mistake then they are certainly not the type of care providers I want working on me! Bottom line, if you are a new patient, make sure life or anything else doesn't get in the way of your appointment or you will literally be banned for life!

Edited 5/5/23: I cannot respond directly to the reply from the company but want it to be known, in no way, shape or form was I contacted in anyway to reschedule. Nothing was done to mend the situation! Once again this was my fault in terms of forgetting the appointment and I fully understand that their time is money and they are missing clients due to no-shows but at the very least they can give people a second chance. What if I was in a car accident? What if there was an issue with my 82 year old parents or something that I couldn't possibly give 24hr notice? I don't deserve a chance to reschedule? Once again, I standby my statement, if you make an appointment with them, make sure NOTHING ELSE gets in the way! Honestly, I'm thankful this business showed me what they stand for, the almighty dollar and NOT client care!

My wife was seen by dr Ross for detached retna and cataracts then she was told her retna came detached again he then scheduled her to have it taken care of then told her they couldn't do it but never returned her phone calls for over two weeks then referred her to a doctor who was out of her insurance network and she would have to pay the bill out of pocket latter learned due to dr Ross blowing her off her eyes will probably never be the same

Had my first appointment at this practice a few months ago with Dr. Labib and was pleased with the overall experience! I didn't have a long wait, the exam was painless, and I had my new prescription contacts ordered before I even left. They arrived at my door a few days later. Looking forward to my annual check-up this year!

Dr. Magi Labib takes such a great interest in her patients as she never rushes me or brushes off any of my concerns. Her intelligence and compassion make her my favorite eye doctor!

About 15 years ago I was sent to Dr. Ross for a detached retina. After a three hour surgery I was informed he saved my sight. I continue to see him… probably over 50 visits. He has also performed cataract surgery and minor procedures on both my eyes. Today I have 20/20 vision. Have I waited for appointments some times longer than I wanted… yes. Has the staff been rude? … honestly I can’t recall anything. Does the doctor mumble information to his staff as he is looking into my eyes… yes. BUT He always explains how they are. All I know is that I trust this doctor more than anyone. I appreciate his knowing and professional eyes looking into my eyes. He is my hero.

I read all of these terrible reviews on the way to my appt. The people I dealt with could not have been any kinder. They were thorough and took time to answer every question I had. This was a second opinion. I saw Dr Ross. He is a retinal specialist he was funny and didn't rush me and reversed all the dreadful things the Dr before had told me.she gave no information told me I have macular degeneration then when I asked how long she said you have a while like 4 or 5 years. Told me to take very expensive vitamins. Said I must eat a Mediterranean diet and that.might slow down the progression and left the room. I called the office to ask questions they didn't return my call
After the exam with Dr Ross He told me yes I have it, but it because my age, I'm not going blind no restrictions. He recommended centrum silver which is much less expensive and said just go live my life. He will be preforming my cataract surgerys and I have complete faith that it will go well. Don't listen to the bad reviews. I will tell everyone that has an eye problem to go here!

Dr. Hadeed and her assistant were great! I've always had eye issues, and both of them did such a thorough job in testing my eyes. My previous ophthalmologists in PA and NC never did as much testing. Dr. Hadeed recommended some vision vitamins to help with my deteriorating eyes. I had originally wanted to find a closer ophthalmologist because right now I'm using Uber. However, I will gladly pay more for the ride to go this office.

Had a previous appointment approximately 2 weeks ago with Dr. Ross, wasn't impressed. Felt awkwardly rushed and uncomfortable. He never spoke directly to me explaining what was going on with my eyes, only to his assistant. His assistant however, was extremely nice and helpful and sort of explained my situation.

Moving forward to yesterday. Had to come back to be seen again, my eye issue had gotten worse. Sue, the clinician I spoke to on Monday, was absolutely wonderful and was able to get me in to be seen with Dr. Cherfas on 9/27/2022.
Dr. Cherfas was absolutely amazing, as was her assistant Denise. They were both very patient and kind. I had been experiencing extreme light sensitivity, blurry vision and other symptoms. It was quite hard to keep my eyes open during my exam, but Dr. Cherfas understoodand was so patient. She explained every single thing to me in detail about my eye problem, which finally I had an answer after over 6 weeks of discomfort. Now being referred to Dr. Ahdieh and pray to God there's no permanent damage. Thank you so much Dr. Cherfas and Denise. You made my hesitant decision about coming back well worth it. Thank you for being patient, kind and caring. It's appreciated.

Bad management. Front desk lady was not polite as in other dr offices. I paid cash for my copay before seeing Dr, she didn't give receipt and didn't send cash payment record to billing dept. After a month I received a letter stating that I have not paid copay. (Doctor was good)

I read some bad reviews and was concerned. My experience was very good. Taken back at my scheduled appointment time, the medical assistants were polite and professional. Dr. Magi Libibe introduced herself, was polite, profession and gave me a very good explanation of my medical situation following the examination. She is also sending a report to my primary physician for my medical file. Sure, the whole visit took an hour, but it was a good experience and I was not rushed through the process and felt like I was being treated as a valued individual

Showed up 35 minutes early, was greeted rudely because I wasnt wearing a mask. I thankfully accepted one. Then I was told there were many people ahead of me. Please note, I never asked to go in early. I said that was ok, I would wait in the waiting room. I was told in a very rude tone, that I would have to wait in my car. I said you are kidding me right, it is sweltering heat. She said that is where you are expected to wait. What about elderly people with medical issues, they are expected to wait in a very hot car. No one can afford to run the car with the air running @ $5 a gallon. Very dissatisfied with the horrible service. I canceled my appointment and left. Showed no regard, I am elderly, and they could care less. Do not go here unless you want to be abused!

Another strangely bad visit - eye exams either may need over an hour to get working or your vision just doesn't work! Either way they have no concerns with that here.
