Lehigh Valley Educators Credit Union reviews
9I moved over an hour away from this branch years ago, but still maintain my account at LVECU. Personally, I don't love the website, but don't have to use it, too much. On the flip side, it's the people that make this physical bank tick. The app is handy and have communicated with employees through that for various moves. There have been times where I need to meet with staff and they worked with me (on 2 occasions for an extended period of time). And just are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. Thanks Marge (and all those at LVECU.)
Awful bank. They straight up refuse to let me close my account that hasn't been used in years. Then they keep trying to charge me overdraft fees for their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs.
The branch manager Crystal is absolutely AMAZING. She went to bat for me and I could not feel any more confident about my bank. Crystal you're awesome. Thanks again!
Coin machine is the only positive. After 33 years of having my family accounts there, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism/customer service the past few months. Finding out that it is NOT family friendly. Moving all family accounts to another business.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like the coin machine especially there is no surcharge.
Great service. Very pleased. However it will be much helpful if the ATM will be more up to date and will allow for more transactions. The inability to make cash deposits is an inconvenience. Thank you.
I've been a long time fan of 3501 over the years despite their rules which govern the experience. Sadly they have gone too far. We dined there recently. We were seated near the entrance of the heated tent. The weather was nice enough to sit outside. Unfortunately every time a car entered the lot the headlights and the car were headed right in our direction. A bit unsettling when you are trying to have a nice dinner. My lobster tails entree was below quality. Two of the three half tails were mealy and not cooked well. But the most unsettling thing was the hurriedness of the experience. They have invoked a 90 minute seating maximum for guests. While I understand the reason, they seem a bit over the top communicating this rule at the time of reservation, at the time of seating and posted with a large sign at the hostess desk. Furthermore they must really come down on the staff to get folks in and out as quickly as possible as both the waitress and the server were very rushed and harried in taking and delivering orders. At one point the manager semi-shouted at us as she was scurrying past our table. I caught the word "sorry" thinking she might be apologizing for the rapid pace as my husband asked the wait staff to slow things down just a bit so we could enjoy our apps (we were no where near impinging on the time limit) As she briskly walked past us again I asked her to repeat herself and she said "sorry for the lights blinking" turned on her heel and rushed away. The pace and the fury of the staff totally ruined the experience even more so than the subpar food and high priced meal. I won't be returning under current conditions.
Appreciative of the financial services provided by LVECU, but they have THE SLOWEST drive-through I have ever experienced.
