This office is the absolute worst. Incompetent office staff. Do yourself a favor and find another Dr's office.

Used to go here as a teenager. Attempted to make an appointment as a new patient because I haven’t been here in years. Was told they don’t accept my insurance, so that’s okay I said I’ll pay out of pocket, I only have the insurance for major surgeries/life threatening injuries. Woman on the phone then proceeded to say we can’t take out of pocket if you have some form insurance (there is no law regarding this, it’s just their “policy”) I was trying to stay local, and out of pocket paying is actually the best way to support a doctors office because they get 100% of the bill not whatever the insurance is willing to pay. Woman on the was extremely rude, would not further explain this policy, did not refer me to somewhere that would accept me, and basically hung up on me. That doesn’t sound like someone who cares about a previous and prospective patients well-being.
