Jake Clutter, the service writer did a phenomenal job of taking care of me as a customer and ensured my vehicle would get done in a timely manner. Will be coming back very frequently for any services needed for my Honda Civic SI.

Lehigh Valley Hyundai is a great place to shop for Hyundais. They have a great selection and very friendly staff. I was greeted right away by the sales department and they helped me out quickly. Christopher Christ was my sales person, and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features the Tucson had and was able to explain the different trim levels to me and their respective features. I always like to play around in the menus and get a feel for the cars and he was right there with me explaining literally everything. When it came down to making a deal, it wasn’t stressful at all and we were able to crunch a lot of numbers together and make the deal work for both of us. Dan Nadeau was my finance person, and he was just as pleasurable to work with as Chris. He was able to write up the deal and offer me a better APR for my loan than through my original credit union. He also explained Hyundai’s maintenance options very well in an easy to understand matter and was very friendly throughout the whole process. Chris and Dan were excellent and I would highly recommend anyone do their business with them. They had my whole family wanting to buy new cars as well. Thanks again, Chris and Dan, for making my experience of buying a new car and negotiating stress free and fun!

I had an appointment for a Recall and State Inspection. I dropped off my car early, around 5am, using the Key Drop as I had to commute out of town that morning for work. When I arrived there was no pen in the housing for the envelopes. I deposited my Key and then walked over to the Honda side under a well lit overhang near the parking lot main entrance and stood there while waiting for my ride to pick me up. 5 minutes later 2 Police Officers arrived because your security team called them on me. If this was not enough of a shock, your security team had already informed the officers of the description of my vehicle. I think that alone begs the question: Why were the police called in the first place? I was instructed to hand over my Identification to the Police, and for fear of being detained longer and being late to my job site that morning, I complied. As the Police were starting to leave a 3rd Police car was driving around the lot. Your security team knew I was dropping off a car (as reported to the police), I was standing in a well lit area near the parking lot entrance and was only there for 5 minutes. Why were the police called? I was harassed for taking advantage of a service (Key-Drop) that you provide and the Police had to waste resources that could have been better spent potentially saving a life. I received a call later claiming that I needed to change front and rear differential fluids. The person who called me argued that it needed to be done at 60,000 miles but Hyundai’s Manual clearly states 75,000 mile service for a Severe State, like Pennsylvania. I had to go ahead an confirm that information on my own before calling back. The person would not tell me why it should be done 15,000 miles earlier than recommended. He lied to me and its too bad that you take advantage of people who don’t know any better. Overall based on my story, how do you think I’d rate my experience with you?

I inquired about a elantra, the Internet representative on the phone did not have the information that I needed but was very helpful in finding out and connecting me with the first sales manager that was able to get me the information. I explained my situation with my trade in and how it would be difficult to drive 4 hours just to discuss price which could have been done over the phone. He seemed to understand it. The issue came to price.i had a price that we went back and forth on which he was very respectful and listened. I told him what price would have me leave a deposit and earn my business. He explained he would have to talk to his boss about it.
The other manager avined called me back in a very confrontational manner saying I needed to bring my trade. I explained once again i could not get out there and that I would like to know if my proposed price would make the deal. He again insisted rudely about the trade and if I didnt come in that I should not waste his or my time. We both ended up hanging up on each other. I would of accepted if he just said my price would not work for them but the hostility and the lack of customer service makes me not want to ever do business with them.

Best service department at any dealership. Kenny is the most helpful service writer. He had me in and out and got me covered on the repair and The head of service (Alex Wildman) was so helpful and made sure I had a great experience! Both went above and beyond

We had a great experience purchasing our 2023 Hyundai Elantra from LV Hyundai. The entire process was seamless and was professionally conducted with no obstacles. I just bought a 2023 palisade from Ali. Ali has the best customer service I ever seen since I have been in the US. Most importantly he is Honest, patient, NOT pushy and very understandable. Hyundai got a new place and it looks really clean and nice. I highly recommend Ali because he was very knowledgeable.

Went in for inspection/emissions. They “suggested” a $200 service I had gotten a month prior from them. And the “suggestion” said “no prior record. ”
I called them out on it, I save all records. The service person tried to blame the tech saying they accidentally chose the wrong service and actually wanted to suggest throttle body service. I don’t buy it. They were just trying to squeeze more money out of me. Mind you I went in for an oil change two months prior, and asked for new wipers. They charged me $50, AND did not even put them on and gave me my suv back. I got almost all the way home- and it was evening and dark out so I did not notice. And they called me to tell me, a second later it began raining (thank goodness I use rainX) I had to drive back. Unbelievable. This is now the 5th bad experience here with their service sept. It’s crazy, I used to rave about them for many years, and since the COVID shutdown they’ve been awful. And what they did trying to take advantage of me thinking I would just approve that suggested service (my vehicle passed inspection btw). Then the excuse blaming the tech saying he chose the wrong choice and they saw the error once I alerted them w a screenshot of my receipt from July. I told them there’s no excuse. And that There is no excuse for bad service ever. Watch what they “suggest” everyone. This isn’t the first time they suggested a service I had gotten at the previous appt. Last time it was a cabin air filter at an oil change - mind you I had it done at the oil change prior (4 months before). But the first time I just figured it was a mistake —- then this happened on Monday Aug 1st. Now I know better. I’m beyond angry. And after two Hyundai suvs, and being a loyal customer many years I think my next vehicle may be a different Maker. Beware. I wish I could give less than one star. What a shame, they used to be amazing service

As a woman, I usually can't stand dealing with car stuff because I always feel hustled. If the check engine light is on, why not suggest to do the dignosis first? Over $300 for a tune up and the light is still on.then forty something for a diagnosis when you could get the same read for free at autozone? Then an additional $400 to fix something else. Been coming here over a decade and this thoroughly disgusted me.feels predatory.hope they enjoy the $900 because I'm not coming back anymore.nor will my next car be a hyundai after purchasing 3 cars since 2013. We aren't friends and I understand it's a business but have some integrity with your customers.

It was time to say goodbye to my 07 Elantra, not that there was anything wrong with it because there wasn't. My Hyundai was good to me for many years without anything major go wrong with it. So I set out to buy another Hyundai, this time I wanted an SUV. I honestly do not like dealing with sales people because lets face it, it is their job to make a sale regardless. I went in knowing what my financial limitations were and although I went slightly above I was pleasantly surprised at how well LV Hyundai was in getting me to that point. Chris Christ was great to deal with and understood where I was and what I needed and got me to that point. If you are in the market, stop by and see Chris! Great experience for me at LV Hyundai!

Five stars across the board for Lehigh Valley Hyundai! With the current inventory shortage I traveled some distance to acquire my new Hyundai Elantra and was not disappointed. This dealership is state of the art brand new and you can feel the pride in its employees the way they represent the place. Sales Mgr Arvind Patel put a competitive deal together over a couple emails and within three days my car arrived from transit and I rolled out in my new Hyundai, shining like a new dime. Salesman Chris Christ was top notch in taking me thru the sales experience from all the ins and outs of the technology and the functionality of the car and he ensured that the lions share of the paperwork was completed before I even arrived. Finance man Wilson Guaman could not have been any more professional in his thorough presentation of the documents and available protection plans. Awesome, awesome job Arvind, Chris, and Wilson, let’s not also forget the wonderful lady who assured me I would get a response from Arvind on that first day of this venture. No doubt she was a big part of this journey as well. Thank you Lehigh Valley Hyundai!

I recently purchased 2022 Santafe and it was overall a pleasant experience. Sales and finance staff were really polite and explained everything in detail. Ali Taner, sales rep, worked with us in a good way. I’d definitely recommend him.

As always, the service department was exceptional. This time we used express for our oil change. They let us know it would be a couple of hours, since they were very busy, which was appreciated. They completed the oil change and a couple of other services that we did not have done the last time we brought the car in for service. With the extra work, the entire job was finished in about 3 hours.

I had my car detailed this time. Cleaning was adequate but where there was some dirty scuff marks on the drivers side and on the passenger side near doors, I cleaned myself when I got home without any scrubbing. The plus was, because I chose the middle pack, when I arrived I was told it would take 5-6 hours to complete and they would have me driven home and picked up, but I live 45-50 minutes away so they said they would try and do it faster. I was driven to the mall and they were done in 4 hours. The outside of my car looked brand new, I just wished they’d done a better job on the inside.

Everytime I go there it takes 3+ just to get a oil change with or without a appointment. It's so frustrating I really wish I went somewhere else because it's a nightmare everytime I go there, one person says one thing and someone else says another.

Terrible communication with Jacob and understanding of what’s going on with my car. I came for two problems I was having and they ended up fixing over more then 5 more issues that they “found”. I was told my car was covered just because it was still newly bought to them to pick up my vehicle and end up paying over $400. It would’ve been nice to know that in advance honestly wouldn’t even wanna return to this location

Brought my Palisade in for standard oil change. After sitting in the wait area for 4+ hours, I asked what's wrong with my car and find out i was done over 3 hours ago. No call or name announcements. I did get some free oil changes for the future. However, going in for another oil change months later, everything was fine until I left and 5 minutes later rain. Now I notice my wipers are completely removed. I will not be redeeming any other apologetic vouchers or servicing my vehicle here again.
