I have to amend my previous one star review, due to additional negligence that has been unveiled over time. One: a year or two after I stopped being a patient here, they sent me a bill from my first visit claiming I didn't have insurance (I did). They resolved that but now husband has received a $200 bill out of the blue. Doesn't say what for or when services were rendered. We are guessing it is from that time not long after a cleaning he began having mouth problems and worried it was a result of their treatment. They told him to return so they could take a look, free of charge. When they weren't able to fix it and he still had problems, they said to come back one more time (again he made sure they said it would be free of charge because at this point he was pretty fed up with their lack of expertise and wouldn't have gone back otherwise) Still, they weren't able to help him. Now they've sent a bill, and I can only assume it is because we are trying to establish a new dentist and requested records be transferred. They're currently holding them ransom because of this mysterious bill that never should have existed and was never sent to us until now. OR if it was sent to us, it is the same one referenced in my previous review that we called about and they told us to disregard it, like mine, they took care of it since it was their problem they couldn't diagnose him. Are they just sending bills hoping people will blindly pay them?

Two: they did a filling and charged me for it, and when I went our new dentist they found no evidence that the filling had ever occurred. I have zero risk factors for a filling falling out, and especially not so soon after having it done. The new dentist didn't seem to believe I'd ever had it done to begin with.

Avoid this place. Even if they don't send you bills years later like they did for us, they try to sell you so many unnecessary things during the cleaning that it's uncomfortable. They were friendly, and that's the best I can say about them.

VERY UNORGANIZED! Booked the appointment MONTHS ahead of time and specifically told them me and my wife are new patients to make sure they give us enough time to do paperwork and all. They have assured us that it’s taken care of. Few weeks before our appointment, they cancelled it because they don’t have enough time to accommodate us. We have cancelled so many appointments just to make this appointment and cancelled us just like that. Thank you for wasting our time and no one apologized for their mistakes just said ok and hang-up on us. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This is an amazing office and the staff always makes you feel comfortable and cared for. When you come in you’re greeted warmly by Bridget and the dentists and hygienists are all so patient and happy to answer any questions you may have.

I highly recommend this office, staff treat you like a family. Nichole, Diana and Dr. Diaz were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, they explained every procedure to me and constantly reasured and kept me up to date with info about my procedures and were very accommodating. Thank you!

One of the most positive experiences for my least favorite place to be. In the dentist chair. Greeted by name from my favorite front desk people Jess & Maria and also appreciated Dr. Diaz and his partner Diane who explained every step off the process. They made me feel very comfortable.

I recently established care at LVSD. I had a wonderful first experience. Nicole, Diana, and Dr Diaz were so welcoming and informative. The office was clean and ran on time. I have zero complaints and look forward to continuing my dental care here!

New patient here. The kindest staff ever! I explained to the ladies working the front desk that I’m high anxiety and couldn’t drive to a referred specialist, they went out of their way to find me a closer specialist I felt comfortable driving to for my appointment. Nichole, Diana and Dr. Diaz were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, they explained every procedure to me and constantly reasured me. While I was waiting to be called I saw several patients walk in whom English wasn’t their first language and seemed to be struggling a little, the ladies at the front desk were very polite and patient, they did a great job. Needed a new dentist since mine retired. My first visit to this office everyone was very professional and pleasant. Nichole was exceptional. She explained in detail every procedure. Dr. Diaz was also pleasant and professional. My neighbor actually commented that smile looked better.

I gave four stars because I absolutely love Nicole and Dr. Diaz. They provided terrific dental care for me, especially Nicole, who always explained everything in detail and told me what she would do next. She is the type of healthcare professional I aspire to become. I did not give five stars because of the confusing service I received from the front desk regarding the dental cost of my treatment. No patient should pay for a service they never received, but apparently, it is the clinic's financial policy to pay for half the dental cost upfront. The constant switching of dental costs adds another layer of confusion. They switched me from out-of-network to in-network cost after I advocated for myself. Then at the second appointment, they first told me the periodontal maintenance (D4910) is not covered by insurance for in-network, then told me it is covered by insurance for a certain percentage after I talked to them again. I urge the front desk to gain a better understanding of the network cost so that the customer can have a better experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location, I recommend to anyone in search for affordable, reasonable, personable, care this would be the place for it.

This is my first time visiting a dentist in my life and l was super lucky to find this office. The staff at the front are very nice and helpful. The doctors that treated me (Nichole, Dr. Mercado) were very gentle and patient. Nichole kindly explained everything to me and thoughtfully explains the finances. I highly recommend this place.

On a scale of 1-10, I give Nicole a 10 for professionalism. She explains word for word about what she is doing and what she will do next. This helps to lessen anxiety in the dentist’s chair which leads to a form of relaxation that allows her to do a great job.
She’s very polite which is excellent for customer service.
She gives the type of customer service that really assists in alleviating much of the pain an individual must face in the dentist’s chair.
She also follows up and asks how you are feeling before you leave and when you return. So caring…

All in all, of all the dental hygienists I’ve had in the past… she is my favorite! She is the best!

I just had a root canal today by Dr Diaz I’ve had root canals in the past. This was one of the best experiences for a root canal. When Dr Pat enters the room I can feel his kindness and gentleness I cannot give this practice enough praise! I love all of them

The good reviews are spot on, seriously. I love this office. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and each time I’ve been greeted/welcome very kindly (many of the ladies up front have remembered my name and are more than willing to speak to other patients as well). The clerical and clinical staff are REALLY good. The cleanings and exams are really quick and straight forward. My hygienist Sam, was out (who’s incredibly amazing) so I had Nichole and she did a really great job, too. She was extremely thorough. My favorite thing was how attentive she was during my cleaning. She frequently checked in to make sure it wasn’t painful and if something felt uncomfortable, she quickly adjusted. I love this office! The management should be proud.

UPDATE AFTER 5 YEARS: After going through invisalign and buying into all of the up selling products and procedures, I'm left with an incomplete smile. Due to the IPR that was recommended by the dentist, I have gaps and areas that will never be corrected. The owner promised to correct it but in the end it was going to cost me a another $2500.00 to correct the mistakes that they made during the process. I actually had to request that there would be no more IPR because they said to correct the gaps they were going to charge me more. This was never said in the beginning, all they ever said was that they would fix it, come to find out that would be at additional cost to me. Now I have paid over $7000.00 for a semi straight set of teeth with a gap in the front due to the IPR. I'm very disappointed and have not been able to go back because I'm so upset. I never even got to get my retainers so I have to use my last set of invisalign. I don't even know what to do now. So ignore my original reviews ️Absolutely the best Dental office I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming. Replaced all my fillings and now moving forward with Invisaline to get the smile I'v always wanted. Jessica was awesome, went over all my finance options and got me set up. Dr Kabitzke is quite possibly the best dentist in the world. I chipped my front tooth and he fixed it like a Pro! Can't even tell it was done. He's also VERY nice and makes you feel comfortable. I hate needles, but he takes care to make sure you don't feel it. Awesome dentist Office, got referred by a coworker and now I know why.
