Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Sam and Jeremy were so great at making sure we left with what we wanted.

Contacted lehighton Kia in regards to a specific vehicle, told them my payments I wanted to be around, told them my trade, cash down said it was very reasonable and could get it done. I get there the demanded a credit check before I even saw the car. I figured whatever it’s brand new and I saw one already and knew I wanted it so I did it. Then magically the payment shows up to about double and I know my credit isn’t the best but it’s certainly not the worst. It’s average credit but still to double the payment? After him saying that and still not even seeing the car magically a different car that’s used appears and they are pressing and pressing me for it. I get it’s the same model car but I wanted to lease, not finance a used car. They kept me there for 4 hours and I didn’t even get to see my vehicle i drove a hour to come see. Needless to say they are a bait and switch dealership, went to my neighboring dealership next day and set up a deal to purchase this weekend when the car comes in. If your near this place just do a u turn and find the next dealership.

I would not return to this dealership for really one reason. They told me to come after I told them they would be unable to approve me. They said no we would be able to do something and of course they couldn’t do anything which I knew. The salesperson was very nice but I understood as well. I wasn’t mad or anything but noticed I left my charger and live an hour away. I called the dealership asking if they wouldn’t mind mailing it since I live far they said no problem but it’s been 3 weeks and still no charger. I called and asked about it and the receptionist asked for my name and proceeded to laugh and mock my name as I spelled it. If anyone can imagine how that made me feel she was laughing hysterically. I’m very disappointed in how I was treated. The salesperson was very nice but I guess since I am a POC the receptionist didn’t respect that. I wouldn’t return for that reason.

I was determined to get the exact vehicle I wanted. Sam did everything he could to make that happen along with Jeremy. Parts of this experience were a little rocky but overall they did a great job, stayed in communication with me and I got the car I wanted. Thank You!

When it comes to their service department … They are awful! I have been waiting for a call back and resolution for 3 weeks now.

Bonton helped us out and he was amazing! It was a totally different experience than we had 6 years ago. 6 years ago we wouldn’t have recommended them but now they have completely different staff and the environment is so much better! They are now straight forward and honest about it everything! My wife and I highly recommend coming here to get a car!

0 stars! They ran a hard credit hit when I they told me they wouldn't 5 minutes prior. Asked for prices and trade in value and apparently they don't wanna tell you until they already hit your credit. Dealerships that lie to your face shouldn't be in business

Initially just went to look around. Ended sitting there for four hours. Jose was great. Didn't really feel the pressure until his manager came out (can't remember his name) and it's almost like he wanted to argue. At the point husband had enough and we tried to leave. That's when the finance manager came (can't remember his name either) and explained somethings to us, which we understood. Nice guy and appreciated the advice he gave. Here's where my problem lies. I was notified that my credit was hit 6 different times, which in return dropped my score. Why six times? Overall most everyone were friendly and knowledgeable.

Applied online for financing, had a co signer
A man named Michael called me….

Told me there was a good chance for me to purchase a vehicle…… kept asking when could I come in….

Went in the next day with my co signer Jeremy told me….

My consigned could and will get approved….
Kept us there 3 hours had a test drive a garbage car that came in just then….

It was dirty smelled had dog hair all over and bugs crawling around….

Didn’t notice it until it was too late….

Mind you had wanted an suv….

Afterwards Jeremy comes and tells me I can only get a sedan of the bank’s choosing.

I asked how much was I approved for?
Told me it’s only the sedan I test drove ….

If I don’t want that it’s no deal….
I asked how much was the vehicle?
How much was I approved for?

He said the sedan just came in and was not yet appraised…

I said well my approval amount?

No amount just that vehicle ….

I said can I have my car keys I’m leaving… due to I had a suv as a trade in…

When my options are taken away from me and Im told this car or no deal….

Have a nice day and no thank you

As if he was paying the monthly bill….

I took my keys and left went to 443 auto not only did I get approved without a co signer but I also got an suv

And my payments are super low…

Kia in Lehighton is the worse if I can give 0 stars that is what they would get….

In a 6 year time period …
This was my second time going there for a vehicle and never got one….

They really need to fire Jeremy the 29 year old…. That is throwing away customers as myself and costing that business a bunch of money

Excellent service, polite, friendly & efficient. Car was ready on time, and they washed it.

When other places turned me down because my credit wasn't excellent Lehighton Kia put me in a reliable vehicle. Not once, not twice, but three times over the years. I was always givin a fair amount for my trade each and every time. I'm just happy they were able to help. My livelihood depended on it.

I traded in my Chevrolet Colorado for a new Kia Sportage. Jose Fonesca was very helpful and I’d like to thank him for making the entire process of the trade in easy. If every employee there works in the same way Jose does, then this dealership will continue to prosper.

Update: Jose was once again very helpful when I ran into issues with my Sportage. I am now happily driving a Sportage X-Line. Thanks again.
