They got my dog right in. And treated her along with cutting her nails at a very reasonable price. Well below her previous vet.

We weren't patient's there, yet they got my Pup in within hours of calling them, the Vet we used for 20 years wouldn't even get him in for me. On top of that, they were reasonably priced and truly seem to be the only Vet within an hour and a half of us, that truly cares about the animal instead of the profit.

The place is an absolute disaster. If I could give it less than one star, I surely would. Marge, who works the counter is the most ignorant, hateful person I've ever encountered. You all know what happened, yet I only received one apology. She should lose her job! Unreal that she continues to treat people this way.
Please note your response about me not being seen immediately is NOT the issue! So, whoever replied to this, your efforts to make yourself look good failed! The issue was the extremely rude lady that I encountered while my dog of 12 years was dying. There is no excuse and I will continue to share my story so others are well aware of what happened!

These guys r great.we switched vets after a repeat bad experience with another. Glad we did.very caring and knowledgable

We're new in the area and my 14 year old cat has been having some issues this weekend and they were able to fit me in during a slammed day. I'm so grateful they took us right in, and though it ended up being nothing serious, it brought me peace of mind. Thank you!

The vets are great. The staff need new jobs. Twice they ran me to their office for no good reason. The first time we got a notice for routine shots. When I called to make the appointment I asked them to check to see if the dog had any other shots that could be done. They assured me they would check. I reminded them twice at the time of the visit. Not more than a a week after, we get a notice of another shot due. I assumed it was a mistake, but called anyway. No, they just missed that the week before by their own admission. Another trip there and back, time wasted and another visit fee of course. The second time our dog had run out an ear medicine they had prescribed. I called to see if I could just pick up a refill or needed to have another appointment just for a refill. The staff member said I could just come pick up a refill. The next day I drive there and am told by the staff members behind the desk "oh, you will need to make an appointment. ". What the ¥¦;^°¶×! Does this staff know what they are doing? ! If you like to waste time and get the run around, go here. Meanwhile, my dog suffers while I look for a new vet.

Their staff are very pulite, I took my exotic shorthair Pugsley to get neutered. I was so anxious about the surgery but they called me kept me updated and explained everything that was done. I really appreciate it. I definitely recommend them.

The people are okay long time waiting but they don’t know what they are doing, I had my dog seen and had test done bcuz he was having problems with his back legs they told me he had a pinched nerve and his kidneys were not at 100%, toke him to another vet just to be told he had lyme and his kidneys were failing so I had to have him put down would not recommend this is not the first time they have failed to tell someone that the pet has Lyme

Beat place around to take your pets, especially in an emergency. Staff is friendly and caring not like the other places in the area like Sunbury Animal hospital, the only thing they care about is money.

It was ok there. But my appointment was at 10: 30 and they did not get to us till a little after 11 am

We recently lost our 12 year old beloved bulldog, Bella. She was a lifelong patient of leighow veterinary hospital. She was always treated well by all their staff. Our final hour with her and Dr Artman was difficult but incredibly peaceful for everyone. Thank you for caring for our Bella for the past 12 years, she only really needed checkups until the last few days of her life but you guys were always excellent. Dr Artman, you are top notch.thank you for everything.

Unfortunately not the best experience here today. I know everyone is short staffed. I called 2 days prior to order meds for my dog. 30 tablets. I was told to call before I was heading there for pick up. The receptionist said sorry no they are not filled but come an we will fill them right away. I get there one girl checks me in an sais give us a cpl mins. Absolutely no problem! 30 minutes later they ask me to come up to the counter. They ask me who is my dog? I say Dozer? They couldn't find him there and said we didn't have any rottys here! I Said he's not! I'm picking up his meds! They apologize and omg give us a cpl more minutes. I sit back down it's now an hour into the pick up. Ppl are Coming and going finally someone else comes out with the meds. The one girl actually asked ppl she was checking in if I could go due to my being there an hour. I hope some of the kinks can be worked out soon. I know it's hard with staffing issues but I felt I called prior and hoped to make it less hectic for the office along with plenty of notice.

The vets at Leighow Veterinary Hospital are very caring about your pet and listen to your concerns. They treat your pet as if it were their own. Business hours very accommodating.

I needed to have my dog euthanized and they were very inexpensive, caring, worked with me at my own pace. I would recommend this place 100 percent.

Quick service, showed great concern, quickly nailed the issue with 2 simple tests. My kitty is well on the road to recovery!

I am extremely upset with this clinic. I have always come here with my animals! I scheduled an appt for my newest dog to get fixed. They failed to call me with instructions before the day of surgery didn't even call me at all. The excuse was oh we get so busy we don't get to make all the calls. Are you kidding me that's your job! To call and give instructions the day before surgery. There for she missed her appt. Also they can't get her in now till the end of October! I'll be looking else where now.

I needed to get a refill in the same day due to my mischievous doggo eating the prescription for my old man pup. (The prescription wasn't anything that would cause her harm) They were able to get the prescription in so old man pup didn't have to miss a day! Very grateful to them!

My fur babies LOVE Dr Jolie Hunsinger. She is awesome, even with my beagle (who is impossible! But I love her) and and my deaf Catahoula too! Only the best for my kiddos and she's it! Now the front desk staff need help and it shows. They can be snippy and short but getting good help these days is hard. And they certainly need help.

This is a Great Veterinary Clinic. Everyone is doing great. Our cat Clohe is not a friendly cat. They have always been ready to take care of her none the less. Love Them️
