I drove 200 miles to see if the Lenire device could help with Tinnitus and Hyperacusis that I have for 23 years, skeptical that I would just get told again that there is nothing that can be done, learn to live with it. However Dr Amy Greer quickly showed me that was not going to be so. I received the most comprehensive hearing test ever, where Dr Amy identified the type and volume of the Tinnitus as well as how loud noises and multiple inputs due to Hyperacusis, were affecting me. We discussed Lenire and all available options and found that
Specialized hearing AIDS would be what could help me. Dr Amy programmed 2 sets and after a half hour with the second set on, I did not hear the Tinnitus for the first time in 23 years and I could hear with background noise!

I am very impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Amy Greer and receptionist, Kelci. I went in for my 30 day follow up appointment. Dr. Amy did some fine tuning on my hearing aids. What an improvement, it’s amazing what can be done to improve the device.

Amy was very professional and very helpful. She helped me understand my hearing loss and made some very good recommendations on what hearing instruments would serve me the best.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kelsi is one of the nicest receptionists I have encountered over a long period of time. Dr. Greer is very patient and knowledgeable. I had a problem with the first set of hearing aids and (true to their ads) they were replaced with another set. I would definitely recommend this location.

Dr. Greer and Kelsey are the model for what care providers should be like. I have been going to them since they opened in Ebensburg and they have been a huge blessing at every step along the journey. I have always been compassionately listened to, accessed accurately, provided with what I need, and I have never been the victim of a sales pitch! As my hearing needs are changing, Dr. Greer is constantly seeking new approaches to dealing with my loss. I recently upgraded to a new brand and model after 4 1/2 years with my first pair. The difference has been astounding and it is clearly the right solution for where my hearing is today and will allow her to tweak them in the coming years as things continue to change. I have referred my mom and some others to them and will continue to sing the praises of their professionalism, courtesy, joyfulness, and true care.
