Very unprofessional. Attempting to refinance using email as the primary communication channel. Initially takes several days for responses. Now they haven't gotten back to me for a month. Beware if you are paired with Dimitir Bobkoff and/or Andrew Klimenko. They do not prioritize your business.

Andrew Klimenko just called to question me about a bad review and threatened to leave bad reviews on my wife's companies website and to call her boss and say unsavory things about her. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are wannabe tough guys who will attempt to use intimidation and whatever means necessary to compel you to be quiet about their performance or lack thereof.

The whole transaction from start to finish was accomplished very quickly. Any questions I had were handled efficiently and professionally.
