I'm beyond happy. I had two tall boots that needed calves stretched out. I called other places and even went to one store and they all said they don’t service that repair. I finally called this place and omg this guy, Tony, is beyond awesome! He stretched them out to about 2 inches or so, with same day service! Beyond happy! I have had these unfortunate shoes for soooo long in my closet I had thought these shoes were a lost cause. I thought I would have to throw them out. I’m tired of looking for shoes that saids they’re wide calves when they are not. Tony did such a great job! Beyond happy!

I've used Lenny's twice in the last couple of weeks to repair shoes and a sofa cover. They did great work, it was very reasonably priced and Tony was super friendly.

Save your money and your time. Do not go here if your looking to have your shoes stretched or have heels placed on your pumps. I was charged $15 to have tips placed on my heels. In addition to that I was charged $15 to have a pair of shoes stretched. When I received the shoes they were still tight. The right side was tighter then my left. The lady stated to take the left shoe home and that she would stretch the right shoe for two more days. I came back and the shoe is still tight. I found out that shoe stretching cost $7.00 two blocks away. $30.00 down the drain for poor work.

Lenny's always goes above and beyond to repair anything I bring to them. I am able to keep my shoes and bags longer because they are able to fix my things, rather than having to throw them in the trash when they break.
