I have been with Lenox for about 15 years or longer. I was with Paraco at my first home, and I left them for Lenox. I also had a Paraco Tank here that I promptly changed. Lenox is good honorable company.

Horrible inhumane company, they never gave a final notice, no phone call. While my sister is cooking the man unhooked the tanks all of them. No nock on the door, nothing.horrible company
Terrible service and the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Lost 400 gallons of gas and all the say is you must have used it. Can't even talk to anyone. Was with them for over 10 years and first problem they cut you lose. I don't know who is in charge there unless the secretary who won't let me talk to anyone is? I welcome the owner to call me so I can tell them the truth. I am a veteran and retired corrections officer and I don't appreciate being called a thief and hung up on. DO Not use this company. They do not care. I wonder if there tanks are leaking? Probably will make up some excuse and disagree with something. Who is the owner? Never signs his name.
