Optometrist LensCrafters reviews
24It was a very pleasant visit from start to finish. I was immediately seen and each person I met along the way was extremely polite and helpful. They were all warm and friendly which is a nice change of pace from where I went previously. Prices were about 50% cheaper than at my previous optometrist as well. So that was nice. They have an awesome selection of frames too.
9.19.2020 In this time of covid, i totally understand there are limits on capacity. But instead of shooing people outside and saying "honor system" it would be so much easier if you put a sign in sheet in place.
This sheet would ask your needs. People with appointments would be taken first. Then you know exactly who is next.
You should have been doing this prior to covid. This store is always sooo busy and your staff has no clue who is next.
This is my third trip to this store. 1st was exam. Wait time to checkin for appt was long and i came 30 minutes early. Had they had a sign in sheet they would have known i needed paperwork and why i was waiting.
Dr was wonderful. Then i picked out frames and had to wait again. They took people waiting before me. Sign sheet for that would have helped for that too.
They also gave me incorrect frame info on the first pair i ordered. When i came to pick them up there was the problem. That person that helped was awesome and i didnt get her name. She did apologize for their mistake.
Came today to pick up 2nd frame attempt. After waiting inside in line for 15 minutes i was shooed outside while someone behind me got waited on.
I believe the person who shooed us out of store was manager, kelly, blonde with a short bob style.
I wont be back. Not even to get refitted or if i have problems. I will go to a store closer to my home. I came to this store farther from home because i knew people who went to this store prior to covid.
If your store is sooo busy, a sign in sheet would benefit everyone.
Today I took my daughter to Lencrafrers at the Camp Hill mall in Pa. They were very courtesy and accommodating to my daughter. Her experience was fast and thorough. The Dr.was kind, professional and relatable. Everyone did an excellent job and I would recommend them to everyone I know.
After 2 and half month and couple of visits finally they were able to provide me the right prescription, I hope this will work. Along with that they deny to take care of my frame because its over 30 days period that they took to make wrong glasses. Never go back to this location.
Amazing staff here, super nice and helpful every time I've gone. At one point I was finishing up at one of the desks and a super rude lady came in complaining and being rude (because she was late to her appt). A real Karen. Whoever the lady was working the desk was nothing but respectful and professional in every way. She didn't deserve that kind of treatment. I don't remember names but from the second I walked in for my eye exam everything was explained to me, what they were testing, why they were testing etc. Plus everything was super clean! Really makes the difference. Thanks everyone that works there!
The exam was quick but still very thorough. Everything was explained very well. The doctors and staff were all very friendly and sociable and made for an enjoyable experience.
This was my third visit to this store, but this visit was really great and special thanks to Dr Steve. He explained and treated very well.
Dr. Chambers is technically the strongest eye care professional we've ever visited, and he's quick to respond to customer needs.
Everybody was friendly and helpful in determining the right glasses for me. The eye exam was thorough and took no more than 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
Everyone is very nice and professional. I was a new patient (my old eye doctor retired) and I was very impressed with the pleasant atmosphere and the new digital eye exam technology.
Amazing service! It was a very busy Saturday and the customer service still exceeded everything I could have asked for. All my needs were met and the contact recommendation was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend LensCrafters to anyone!
The Doctor was EXCELLENT but Lenscrafters wanted to charge me $350.00 for contacts I can buy elsewhere for about $120.00. That really sucks! I will leave my insurance benefit on the table before I will let take advantage of me like that.
I’ve been going here for the past few years seeing Dr Tomes. He has left this location. We waited today 45 morning minutes. Others came in after and walked back. Finally went to the front desk and the woman there was NOT customer focused. New Doctors. Poor service has kicked in. Very disappointing
All staff and the doctor were very friendly and professional. I was surprised when asked whether I wanted the $75 eye exam or the $99 eye exam. My thought is how should I know, shouldn't the doctor recommend the $99 exam after looking at my eyes and then explain why the $99 exam would be a good idea?
I have not picked up my glasses yet. They should be ready in 5 to 7 days.
Ordered contacts 10 days ago and they’re still not here. I do not recommend ever buying contacts here. If I go blind it’s their fault. I would like a refund and free contacts because this is ridiculous.
I had eye exams there in the past 3 years, the doctor was very impatient when giving the exams.
The eye exam was fine. But when I needed help making a final decision with my frame selections to purchase my glasses, no one was available. I sat for a while: meanwhile a new customer entered the store, sat down, and someone immediately assisted her. It was only when I started to pack to walk out that the same employee asked if I needed assistance and if I paid my copay. And, the employee seemed annoyed that I got annoyed.
This place is horrible. They don't care about ur eye health. All they care about is selling u contacts lens and glasses. And they only care if u have health insurance.
Need to brush up on their P. R. I've been to a LensCrafters that is by far better then this place.
Extremely helpful, customer service orientated staff. Pleasant experience every time I have been the store for either an exam, eyewear replacement, or a general question.
