Optometrist LensCrafters reviews
11Highly recommend! It was my first time here and I was able to get in the same day after my glasses broke. I had to drive a little farther because they were the only place that could fit me in, but it was worth it! They were able to get me to leave with a brand new pair, knowing I didn't have a backup. All staff was very nice, Dr. Bistline was very helpful and personable!
Dr. John was great and thoroughly explained everything she was doing and my results. Darien helped me once I chose my frames and he was kind, friendly and made me feel great about my selection. I definitely left happy.
Great friendly knowledgeable service and glasses delivered ahead of schedule. I have used LensCrafter for years and will continue.
Great location with a knowledgeable and personable staff. They helped me find the best deal for my prescription and frame styles!
Tim was great with helping me pick out 3 pair of sunglasses! Wonderful costumer service made me feel like family!
The eye exam and the gentlemen in the front were amazing. The optometrist gave various options with purchasing my contacts and whether clear would be more beneficial than color contacts. The gentlemen helped me to look for different types of glasses that suited me. The issue came when it was time for me to leave. My insurance covers 100% of routine eye exams so when the representative told me my balance was $102 I was confused. I was charged for a retinol eye exam that wasn’t shared with me that it would be an additional cost. I explained that the service wasn’t offered to me as an option but as a part of the routine. The lady removed it from the balance. Then she states my balance was now $63.00. This company charged me to put a non prescription colored contact in my eye. Of course when they told me to try it on no one mentioned a fee. I could’ve purchased a box of prescription contacts with the same amount. She was upset when I asked her why and continued to bill me. I left saying “have a good day” and she just stared at me. I would not recommend this place to anyone for them to be in shock at the end of their service. I am passing this complaint up the chain.
These guys are the best. I got a frame and saw some damages after a few months, no questions asked they replaced it. This happened again within a month and they were so generous to do the same again.
If you're looking for a friendly, on time, and communicative eye doctor DO NOT GO HERE! I was finally acknowledged by the ophthalmologist staff 30 mins past my scheduled appointment time. I was told when setting up the appointment on the phone that my insurance was accepted but once the staff member acknowledge my presence she informed me it was out of network. There was no apology for being late or the miscommunication. I would not recommend going here even if your insurance is in network.
Thanks for the beautiful costumer service! I love my frames. I've been here twice and both times my experience has been excellent. Best Lens Crafters!
I do not recommend it, when I bought it I explained the saleswoman who needed the glasses until Friday, today is Saturday 09/30/17 and has no forecast of arrival, maybe Monday being that I return to Brazil. Total lack of responsibility with the customer, never buy more in a Lenscrafters.
They'll sell you on 'unlimited' frame adjustments. Except no one there knows how to adjust a pair of frames. In fact they're stunningly incompetent and have twice now ended up making my glasses worse than when I went in there.
