LensCrafters, Monroeville PA

I'm grateful for the help and the attentions received by the Doctor and the employees, especially during this time that we are living.

Went to the Monroeville location to get new glasses, place was not busy, only 1 other customer. Looked and tried on several frames, I was in the store for about 15 to 20 minutes never got a good afternoon can we help you or be with you in a minute. Seems like the didn't want my business so I left. Very disappointed.

Kat helped me and she was pleasant and multitasked helping other customers but still “kept an eye” on me so my time with her was great. Another older caucasian woman with longer blonde hair and glasses was less than personable. Dr was okay but not very personable either. I did get the glasses that I wanted though but I doubt I’ll go back to any Lenscrafters any time soon.

I went in to get an eye exam and a contact lense fitting. The people here were absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable as for this was the first time I ever went to the doctors (any doctor lol) by myself. I am so thankful that my experience was so delightful, I will 10/10 return. They worked with me when I told them I couldn't find my vision insurance card, they were patient when I was figuring out what course of action I wanted to take while helping me find the best option money wise AND quality wise, they even had conversations with me and made me feel really comfortable with my time there. I can't express enough how nice this was!

They very quickly repaired my glasses (screw fell out) for no charge. Nice and clean location. I was greeted immediately. I'll return.

I WAS a patient for over 7yrs at this location with a family of 5 and getting routine eye exams and buying frames. Recently I was 15min late for a 12: 20pm appointment and I called from the road to inform the staff I was running behind. When I arrived they said the Dr Fry would not be able to see me until 5pm and nothing at all could be done. I asked for my family's eye records and they didn't even care I was leaving their practice. The staff is all about their time not the customers / patients time nor their patient loyalty. GOOD BY LENSCRAFTERS Monroeville.

Fixed/bent my glasses in a way that everyone said couldn't be bent. Now they don't feel like they're going to loosen up overnight per usual
