Laura, was so helpful to me, she made sure that I get my eye glasses the way I wanted it. She was thorough help me out with my insurance and made sure my insurance will cover my eyeglasses cost. Thank you Laura.

I requested an appointment for a Saturday, being I work for a living. They scheduled me for their last appointment of the day the following day; I made the request. That was the good news. However, I arrived at the parking lot about five minutes before my appointment, which took me nearly twenty minutes to find a parking spot. From the parking spot, it took about eight minutes to get to LensCrafters. The Arrogant dr.refused to see me because I was late and expected me to reschedule. Obviously, I will never reschedule with an incompetent person who doesn't want to receive hundreds of dollars for overpriced exams and glasses.

Very skeptical about getting my spectacles and eye examination from the same store.

However the experience was very enlightening not only during the examination process, but during the fitting and frame selection process as well.

In particular Robert Redinger, my Eyecare Advisor, was also very informative, patient and helpful during the frame selection process.

Overall a much better experience than I “Ex-spect-Ed! ””

I had a pair of Oakley cross link glasses that needed a nose pad replacement. I tried at least a dozen online and local shops but was unsuccessful. PATTY at Store 278 came to my rescue and was able to help me fix my favorite glasses! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Ken and Olla were amazing at the South Hills Village store when my daughter bent her glasses and couldn’t go without them. They were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an outstanding experience and we were in and out in 10 minutes!

Website contacts inaccurate times, they refuse to update the website, for a practice that has been in place for yrs. Stated they will not update website, its Simon's issue not theirs, even thou they maintain their own website.

Why does this office NEVER answer their phone & when they do its broke! Would your office not get your phone fixed if you know its been broke for forever now!? I have left so many vc.mails & not - has been returned & i been out if contacts! Great business you are running while dealing with people’s VISION! GET YOUR PHONES FIXED!

Nice staff who know what they are doing, very clean and neat store. Health and safety precautions followed.

Olla was a wonderful lady to work with. I bought sunglasses with her help a few years ago, and came back to buy regular glasses and was so happy she was here still! Can’t wait for my new Speca to arrive!

I visited this store today to buy a pair of prescription eye glasses. The Dr.that did the eye exam was great. After the eye exam, Mary Kay helped me pick out frames. She explained everything to me and was very patient. She spent time to help me pick out frames that fit my face the best. I truly appreciated her support. I highly recommend this store and Mary Kay.

Dr Rawleigh is a great OD. Friendly and explains. People in the lens/frame area are helpful, friendly, and thoroughly explain the pricing options. As Arnold says "I'll be back! "
