I recently bought new frames for the Lancaster, Pa location and to start they have a huge selection. I was taken care of by Amanda ️️️️ she was excellent.extremely knowledgeable and she just made my visit so sweet. I will always recommend any of my friends to come here.you definitely made a difference in customer care. ️️ thank you so much!

Went for an eye exam specifically for contacts and was only given prescription for glasses twice in row. Lack of attention to detail is the normal at this location.

Nate was very helpful getting me new frames because my frames were broken. He put my lenses in the new frames and made a few adjustments and I was out the door in 15 minutes. He even discounted the frames for me. Thank you again.

Dr. Gydush was unprofessional and unhelpful. He was practically rolling his eyes and talking over me everytime I spoke. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Accidentally stepped on my glasses inside a blanket while watching a movie. The movie was great ha but the outcome for my glasses ended up with a broken leg! Took my glasses in for repair. Picked em up the next day. Easy peasy! And no charge! Woohoo!

Great service, excellent people. My salesperson was Angela, she was marvelous? The techs and the Doctor were Awesome, I really love this place.

I was a walk-in with prescription. Great selection. Place is clean and organized. The associates are very helpful and attentive. Diane was wonderful. I received my glasses within 10 days of my purchase. They text AND call when glasses are ready. Would definitely order from here again.

This review is for the eye exam office located in the back of LensCrafters. I had no idea that these are not the same business and booked an eye exam through the LensCrafters website. The office receptionist never mentioned pricing when I checked in, nor did they give me details about the several exam services that would be performed at ADDITIONAL costs. The website also never mentions pricing. At the end of the exam, again there was little communication and I was pointed in the direction of the reception desk and met with the words “your credit card please”. Zero kindness… zero customer service.

I HAD TO ASK THEM HOW MUCH THEY WERE ABOUT TO CHARGE ME. I ended up having to to pay $200 FOR AN EYE EXAM. I’ve never had to pay this much for an eye exam in my life.

When I calmly confronted the receptionist on the lack of professionalism and transparency, the women was rude and incredibly disrespectful to me. There was zero effort made to resolve the issue. This place lacks customer service, professionalism and basic kindness. I felt scammed.

I lost a lens for a pair of glasses. I went in to order one new lens and they said they will not honor my exam because it was just over a year old. It was a doctors who made this decision. I know that eye exams are good for two years for glasses, and one year for Contact. When I got a hold of LensCrafters corporate, they said it’s a doctors policy that drives the bus. I went elsewhere, who honored my exam. LensCrafters in Park city does not care about the customer experience whatsoever.

The Optometrist was AMAZING, really shared a great vibe. Made my visit quick, simple, and fun.
Major shout out to Jackson Carrey, I never had a eye visit as great as with him!

I placed an order for my glasses 3 weeks ago. They came in a week later and the lenses were incorrect as the sales person ordered the wrong ones. Glasses were sent back and now two weeks have passed and still no glasses and no one knows when they will arrive all I keep hearing is excuses. While Nate has been amazing to work with the rest of the staff need to be retrained on what customer service is about. Not a happy customer.

Went there today to get new glasses - walked around, tried a few while other customers were helped. After they left I waited a few minutes more but was totally ignored. Two people just stood in the back. I’ll now go somewhere else

Had an exam on Feb 25. That portion went well. Ordered a year's supply of contacts. Total for both? More than $200. They said they could ship to my house. It's now almost two weeks later, and I have no contacts and have spent money I DO NOT have on said contacts. LensCrafters pointed me to USPS, saying I need to work it out with them. USPS pointed me to LensCrafters saying it's their fault. It's certainly not my fault. It's a medication I need, and I'm paying the price for someone else's mistake.

I had an incident with an employee where one of my pairs of glasses was damaged. The damage caused was the employees fault but definitely an accident. This matter was then brought to Amanda, the stores manager at the time. Amanda was able to rectify the situation quickly and calmly. She came to a very fair compromise for the damage. I could have left unhappy with my experience at the store but Amanda was very helpful and showed great customer service skills. I will be happy with my new glasses.

My wife and I have been using Lenscrafters Lancaster for many years, and Amanda has been our go-to girl for choosing our annual glasses for a few years now. We always enjoy picking out our new frames - she's incredibly helpful in the decision-making process and not only is she very knowledgeable, but she makes our visits fun. Only complaint is the lead time to get your glasses from wherever they're shipped from, but that's not anything the store can control. You're the best, Amanda!

Quick and professional staff. Adjusted, cleaned old glasses and ordered new glasses. Took like 15 minutes and I was on my way.
